Guys found the fix!! The proper fix! it was because of crappy [censored] Vista! This start happening to me also so i tried to find out and found out directly from a Microsoft technical support representative:

Update for Windows Vista 64bits >>> http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...A-8B732DCB2756
LINK: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938194
According to Microsoft, KB938194 will resolve the following problems:
"The screen may go blank when you try to upgrade the video driver.
The computer stops responding, and you receive a "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" error message.
The computer stops responding or restarts unexpectedly when you play video games or perform desktop operations.
The Diagnostic Policy Service (DPS) stops responding when the computer is under heavy load or when very little memory is available. This problem prevents diagnostics from working.
The screen goes blank after an external display device that is connected to the computer is turned off.
There are stability issues with some graphics processing units (GPUs). These issues could cause GPUs to stop responding (hang).
Visual appearance issues occur when you play graphics-intensive games.
You experience poor playback quality when you play HD DVD disks or Blu-ray disks on a large monitor.
Applications that load the Netcfgx.dll component exit unexpectedly.
Windows Calendar exits unexpectedly after you create a new appointment, create a new task, and then restart the computer.
Internet Connection Sharing stops responding after you upgrade a computer that is running Microsoft Windows XP to Windows Vista and then restart the computer.
The Printer Spooler service stops unexpectedly.
You receive a "Stop 0x0000009F" error when you put the computer to sleep while a Point-to-Point Protocol (PPP) connection is active."
I hope this helps you, i'm going to try it out now and will report back asap. -
Hey mate,
I'm probably thinking that your 8800GTS is the new G92 version?
I'm using the 9800GTX G92 based and there are BETA drivers out for the G92 based cards which you can get hold off. I'm using them now Version "177.39" and there is a major improvement.
EDIT: Shizz! Just checked out the "Nvidia drivers" download those drivers are only for the GTX 200 series and 9-series. They enable the new PhysX hardware for the cards with a UT3 PhysX pack.
Sorry mate, tried to help.
EDIT: Ahh, remembered something! You could do what I did for a few games when i built my computer. When I built my computer there were a few issues with games and the Nvidia drivers.
I used this method and it worked flawlessly, hopefully it works for you:
1. Uninstall 175.19 drivers - [DEVICE MANAGER]->[VIDEO CARDS]-Right click-UNINSTALL.
2. Download Driver Cleaner Pro: "http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=745"
3. Install Driver Cleaner Pro and run it. Under [CLEANING SECTION] - find "nVidia" and click it. Then simply press start. This will delete all other driver bits here and there which are not uninstalled when you uninstall it from device manager or any other place.
4. Goto "http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us"
5. Fill in all details -i.e. graphics card 8-series etc..
6. Download drivers, NOTE: Re-download the drivers don't use the one you downloaded from before. Also try not using Accelerators, use normal Firefox or IE download.
Hopefully this makes it work. If it doesn't give me bell and i'll surely do my best to help.

Hey people!
I got a pretty damn fast reply from the PlayNC team, which is excellent! Also there instructions are dead spot on, very pleased.
They suggested to simply go into my MASTER ACCOUNT on PlayNC website and go into GAME ACCOUNTS click the CoH or CoV account image until you get into your PROFILE for that game. Then simply CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD and walla! That is it! It worked! Very simple, it wasn't that my password was wrong, it was simply a bug.
Hopefully this annoying bug doesn't occur to others.
Anyway, if Moderators would sticky this or add it into the FAQ it would be really appreciated by not only me but other users that may come across this problem.
Thank you for all your support, It has been well appreciated.

Yes, just as this moment I have sent an email to PlayNC. Hopefully they can figure it out. I will report back once i get news, as other members that may suffer from this may know how to sort this out in the future.
Thank you for all your support.

No i am not upgrading from a trial account. I bought this retail. I have tried the caps off and on no difference, still it doesn't let me connect.
More suggestions...thank you. -
Any suggesstions! I didn't install and put my card on file just so it wouldn't work, i play games for free and they are much more easier than a costly one. What the hell do you do with the money that we as consumers give?
Answers please.
Need help. -
I have checked all the shortcuts and they are all fine.
Did what you suggested Coolio_Wolfus, still no luck. The executables are already changed to .EU.exe they were by default. I did not download the game, i bought it retail.
Any suggestions on how to login?
As i still keep on getting "Incorrect username and password".
All suggestions are open, thank you.

It was already ".EU.exe", i thought it wasn't until i checked ALL MY SHORTCUTS FOR COV IN THE COMPUTER. lol.....
Still not working, anyone?
Computer specs are as follows:
CPU: Q6600 - Quad core - 3.21GHz
GPU: BFG 9800GTX - Stock clock
HDD: 1x 74GB 10kRPM WD, 1x 750GB Samsung 7200RPM
RAM: 2x2GB = 4GB PC2-6400C5, 800MhZ
MOBO: XFX Nforce 780i
O.S.: Vista Ultimate 64-bit
I'm pretty sure i can run this game, it could be a problem because of 64-bit, if that's true that is a dang waste of time...
Any sort of help is appreciated, thank you.

Hey everyone, i'm new so take it easy on me
Anyway, i have that logging in problem everyone has at the moment. But those "everyone" have been able to have fixed it by now by changing the shortcut to "CoVUpdater.EU.exe" or "CoHUpdater.EU.exe" from the US version.
BUT What happens if someone has ALREADY got that in there, that shortcut was already updated and i'm still getting the problem....hmm..? I'm running vista at the moment - 64-bit.
If you do need my computer specs, I am happy to give them.
I have tried everything but once i enter into the logging in screen "The account and/or password is incorrect" message appears as soon as i type all of my details and hit "Login".
I'm 210% sure i am entering the right password and username, but no luck.
All help will be appreciated.
