Sorry, but I could use some help: when I login, I can choose between two servers, Beta Server and Beta VIP Test Server. I tried to enter the second one, but although I am VIP, I was logged out. I said to myself, "oh well, there's the other beta server." But when I entered in that server, I found out my character wasn't there. Saddened, I started to recreate my poor Nightmare Master, but when I wrote the name and clicked on "next", it said "sorry, the character name is already in use". This means that my character is still somewhere, probably in the other server. What can I do?
(I swear, if the next reply is a bump, I'm going to stab myself with a knife.

Hi, I have the same problem of everyone now. So, as the new updater arrived, when I open the application, it says:
error: failed to rename C:\coh\cohupdater.exe to C:\coh\cohupdater.prv
You don't posted the solution for mac and now I am stucked.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!

I have Safari and Firefox for browsers and I use an ADSL airport connection. Ncsoft doesn't replied me anything so I'm still stuck...

However... I've done what you said, CuppaManga, but it still doesn't work... I've sent a message to the Ncsoft but they put my question on the support page without answering... Any other ideas? ç___ç

Hi, I have a problem, so I'm here to ask you if you have a solution.
When I open CoH, the updater appears, but it's constantly stuck on Connetting..#1. I've tried everything but it still doesn't work... If someone had this problem before but had solved it, please answer and tell me how, I'm desperate...
