Apparently signifcant PvE issues means that the power can be used in PvE and players enjoy using the power because it makes their character more powerful. I think that we should replace all power sets with 9 choices of brawl. That way the game will be balanced and the devs wont have to worry about players enjoying certain powers. -

Feral Scrapper here with tendancies toward wild, though I have adopted a cute rad/rad defender as a duo partner. I simply have started thinking of her as an extention of myself. Loved the part about scrapper lock. Should I find myself in large teams, I find myself often going solo and claiming a seperate group of enemies as my own.
Now if you will exuse me, its time for my defender's bath. -
While its understandable it does seem at least a little odd. Heals in IH work at the same % as resistances enhancements, with the one exception of HOs. I'm not saying its unfair or wrong, just it seems possibly unintended.

According to this thread, it would appear that HOs give 25% healing boost in IH. So they get less than the res %s do. -
In addition to the tank being affected by the hp change, the peacebringer heal glowing touch will also be affected. Will this power be boosted to compensate?
