I see things listed here and being sold for more than the 2 billion cap.. How is this accomplished? Where do you store all the loot?

I read on the wiki that you can use other characters as mules for your $$$, but is there another way to store the cash? Can you technically hold more, it just doesn't display the over 2 billion part?

How are trades accomplished among the high $ transactions? Does it simply involve some rare piece of loot determined to be worth x billion, so you are essentially trading items + the random change?

There seem to be lots of guides on how to make the money, yet harder to find is somewhere to put it...

Well... I played the game for about a month, then quit due to financial and time constraints. With as many updates and changes since then, I may as well be new.....

I'm new to the game, and will be back to Premium status soon enough...(found going Rogue in the clearance bin... much cheaper than individual unlocks.....)

1. As a premium... what content is there available at max level? I hear about the incarnate stuff for VIP's as endgame-ish stuff... Is that the only option? Or is it pretty much 50 and done... off to start a new character.

2. Elite-ism? How bad is it in this game? I see posts saying that just about any build is viable, but how bad are the players? Other popular MMO's are extremely elitist, to the point of bullying others for not using the 1 or 2 builds deemed viable.

3. Paragon Rewards tokens - Will I get a reward token for the free month of VIP from applying the Going Rogue code? I got the points, but no token yet.

4. Enhancements/IO's?- It will be a long long time before I ever reach Tier 7 and permanent IO unlocks. Are all the enhancements with set bonuses IO based? How big of a difference is the SO vs IO? Buying the license might be fine, as the price of one month of VIP is almost a year worth of IO access.

5. PVP? Is this balanced in any way in this game? Is it limited to only level 50? Fighting against computers are fun, but testing against other players can be even more challenging.
