Generally it's an issue with credit card fraud. I know the restrictions on mastercards, for example, were due to issues with OTHER NC games not City of heroes/Villains.

Strangely enough, I can buy anything from the store EXCEPT CoX related stuff like OP, I also had to buy AE to get MBP.

I find it very insulting for a company to have international partners and support and fail to give access to everything to all players. regardless where they live.

Welcome to the forums. I guess you haven't come across the official farming thread, where you will read that some players have taken issue with what the devs have decided what is right and wrong in certain circumstances. If you look around the forum, you will come across instances where people were harshly penalized for actions which most likely did not warrant it. As such matters are not to be discussed on the boards, I can only say that they exist and that people are getting punished unfairly in some cases.

The issue isn't simply in game. A lot of people are looking at the developers themselves and having second thoughts. To me, they just don't seem like the same open, friendly developers I had in December. I don't know if it is me that changed or them. Something did, and it bothers me.

Whenever a boat changes it's captain, bizarre and unprecedented stuff happens, anyone that was in the navy can vouch for that, thing is, Cryptic abandoned boat and pretty much said, "Well, tough luck guys" and whoever running Paragon Studios isn't keeping the old pace, actually, no pace at all, just throwing random stuff here and there and waiting for the best, and I'm okay with that for now, let they figure out what does work and let it be, if in 6 months you ("you" being said in general here) aren't happy with the results, well, so many other mmos out there... either this game continues on it's tracks, or ends up being another tabula rasa, either way, life continues.

All your guys with your massive amount of friends and awesome SG's, please get the hell down your Ivory Tower and see that for the average new player, who knows nothing about this game nor someone to give him awesome teams to get experience, this game is not intended to make the best build EVUR! or make the most amount of influence, it's simply a super-hero/villain game were they want to have fun, and leveling up is fun for new players, if your feeling are hurt because of this, then quit, The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.

Instead of moaning about Boss farms, go bash the fact that this game is becoming every day more and more obsolete, and with or without AE people gonna leave simply because of the lack of content, for Christ sake, Windows 7 is almost here and the game still doesn't have compatibility with Vista, so much more things to address and instead, everyone just seen keen on moaning about how OTHER people play... just give up shouting BS and let the devs decided what's right and wrong already.

As I said, I truly have no idea or knowhow of the game, this game is bizarre on this point because of that, no matter how screwie is your toon, you can always hit 50 with ease.

And I wasn't aiming at Tankermind, just aiming at surviving long enough to recall lost pets in a fight against an Elite Boss or above, thing that right now I can't.

And BTW, I don't have knowledge on enhancements, you are right about that, I pretty much only know the basic ones, so no offence taken whatsoever.

So, I'm not very satisfied with my build, after I got 50 I used the respec I got from patron mish to re-do it, but I think I made some mistakes here and there, since I'm still not satisfied with the damage or the healing...

Anyways, here's what I got for my next respec (If I ever find a party willing to do that darned mission...) I must say that even tho I play this game since forever, I still don't have the slightest clue of what I am doing, so feel free to fix the entire thing if you have to, and thanks in advance for any help.

Oh cool, I did not know that, might get it today then, they do look nice, also If's not much to ask, Is there a way other than the CE of CoV to get the arachnos cape? They don't sell those on my region nor other regions ship to it.

It's been a while since my last log-on, actually, more than a year, and now I see some people with these vintage capes, like a 1800's coat or something similar, can't really describe it and could not find on the site.

Asside from knowing what it is, how does one get it? my character can only get the regular boring capes =[
