Not to mention what were you thinking for scraps/tanks? OMG the worst choices ever. First off fire armor is going to be rediculously weak for scrappers. Fire melee? come on thats what spines is for.
For tanks, i can see dark melee, but dark armor? How many freaking nerfs should we expect to keep it from being overpowered on a tank? /FTL

Thermal should go to defenders.. poison should go to controlers.
scrappers shoud get electric melee and armor
MM should get Radiation Emissions...Kenitics wuold be way over powered.
corrupters shold get empathy -

sounds good for people that play with sound off... but alot of people use the sound as a marker to fire off next power.. and also it adds an element of excitement when in a big battles. lastly the comic fan will think its cool. but the action gamers might not like the idea of no sound too much.
I think it shold be 3 options for sound
1) sound on
2) sound off with visual sounds
3) sound off without visual sounds
oh and if this is an april fools joke... dam you got me -
I9 was OK, IO are nice but, you kind of level too fast to invest in anything less than lv 40 IO's. The new costumes pieces are nice too.
Personal request for next Issue: make at least 2 new primary and 2ndary power sets for each AT in the game and a few more power pools.

Ok... I just got finished with the "Kidnap Vanessa Verandi" mission in the mission there was a temp pet called "PITBULL" from the family.. hes every thing a bruiser should be!!!!
Great defense (um damage resistance, forget defense=dodge in this game) the Super Strength powers but most of all.. The SHOTGUN!!!! The long range cone was soooo nice... and the way his AI was set IS THE BEST for a pet I'v seen for a pet.
the way he set up to a group of mobs pull out the shot gun and blast them, but once they scattered hed charge in and take out the stragglers with his SS powers while the rest of the team handled the main group and if someone was in trouble he'd come to their aid (or maybe he just happened to choose the right mob to attack, not sure) .
all I ask is you give the bruiser a shotgun ( havent made it to the lv to get one so im not sure if he already does, but in the RV event on test I made a lv 40 thug MM but dont remember if I seen him pull out a shotgun.) With the same spec and the same AI you gave the "Pitbull" pet

I kind of like the EM set, but i do have a few gripes and changes id like to see
1) Charged brawl's SS jab animation should be re-done; (suggestion) Make it the same animation as brawl, and have electric sparks on impact.
2) Jacobs ladder's AoE range is too short and not wide enough, the distances should be doubled
3) lit Rod should be on a 45-60sec recharge cycle. for us tanking brutes that thrive on getting all agro, to keep teammates alive. it shoud be ready at the start of each fight, without having a 1-2 min wait once done with a group of mobs
4) All power should not only end drain but it should transfer it to the player.
I KNOW all that i have stated has been stated already. i just wanted to add my vote, in hopes that if enough players ask for the same changes maybe well get it. or at least have a dev respond and tell us why they think these changes would over power the set. -

Poison:
Why, most of the gang members I have worked with, either sold, used, or made drugs. Drugs are Poison, but some can help (until they get abused...). Poison is clearly the logical choice for this one if your looking for something that "fits"

ID like to see Radiation Emission
but renamed to controlled substances
and different animations
or in the poison set make Antidote a group heal and swich places with Weaken. or just make alkaloid a group heal.
also if one of the 2n tear thug had the empathy power set
to mach the lower defence of the thugs, wold be nice (the heal other and healing aura, whth clear mind or fortitude as upgrade options).
