Here's a new build I am fumbling around with after some of the suggestions you made. -
The real trouble I am having is trying to decide which Patron powers to get. I cannot seem to pick 3 that fit okay into my build, and I don't know what other power pools to consider. I hate to just pick a power just to slot it for enhancement set bonuses. Anyone have some good suggestions?
I generally like to do AOE/PBAOE damage, but that almost always results in me doing to much aoe damage and getting killed lol. In regards on how to focus my sets, I like the idea of going for more recharge, and a little more defense.
Before I read your posts I had just been enhancing my powers to make the individual powers better, not really taking into consideration how much the set bonuses could help, so I really need to alter my train of thought. -
Could you help me out and post a Mid's link to a build you would consider an improvement over mine? I am having trouble now getting the designer to do all the things I am wanting it too. Trying to fix things without messing everything up lol.
If I were to switch patron's, what powers should I get? I am really not liking the idea of hibernate. I haven't actually hit 50 with this guy yet, just preparing. I think he is almost level 47, I didn't do the mid's build in the order I picked them in game.

Thank you for the input. I still am tweaking this build, and I wasn't sure what to do with water spout, but I have been using that ability more lately and I like it a lot, so I will probably take your advice and six slot it.
And for my slotting, I was not looking so much for the set bonuses, as I was the enhancements for the individual powers. Should I reverse my thinking on this? I do realize now about the recharge time for the 5th slot bonus, and will probably fix both of those.
On the question of defense, I do have smoke and shark skin, is shark skin worse than scorpion shield? Then if I were to respec what enhancements should I use and where should I put them? I would like to decrease my squishiness.

This is my first level 50, first time using IO's, and first time using Mid's Designer. I am just looking for input on things I should improve, or things I should change. Thanks for any advice you can offer. -
Does slotting Stamina with Accuracy/Recharge/Endurance enhancements actually do anything? The only attribute I see being affected is Endurance Modification, or do the enhancements affect all powers since Stamina is always on?
