Dusting off my Fire/Fire Dom
Does slotting Stamina with Accuracy/Recharge/Endurance enhancements actually do anything? The only attribute I see being affected is Endurance Modification, or do the enhancements affect all powers since Stamina is always on?

only end modification is affected, he gets set bonuses from the set though
Hey all just wanted to get a little help with my build. Trying to go a cheap route. This is my only Dom so I'm not familiar with some of the common tricks and stuff. Any help or tips would be much appreciated.
EDIT: Sorry I forgot to mention how I'd be using him. He would be mostly PvE team play. Some solo if I am able to manage it. No PvP.
