Report Details: I was summoned from a night's well earned rest by the chirp of my comm, summoning me to the Talos Island Minotaur statue. I arrived in short time, launching from the Ouroboros exit and arriving at the feet of the Hero Corps Analyst in two brisk superjumps. Tonight's staffer was a rather attractive young lady, and I was mindful of proper conduct as I shared with her the mocha latte (iced, of course) I had picked up on the way.

The night drug past, the flickering fires of criminal activity making short-lived glows in the sky to the north and west. a single portal opened at approximately 4am, and I dealt with the problem before the poor Analyst could even react. This was the only enemy activity this evening.

Analysis of Current Situation: Talos Island is primarily under attack in it's central area and business districts. While I do not deny the importance of the Minotaur as a morale booster, I feel that the current minor level of protection will be sufficient for it.

Suggestion of Action: Continue current single-person guard duty, rotating shifts. Shorter shifts may be indicated, to increase alertness of personnel.

Additional thread necromancy - I was there for 'most' of Hamidon on 5/17, it was _very_ anticlimactic.

And that's a Good Thing. Toon named Naomi- was driving the schoolbus, and she had the wheel in a firm, confident grip. I wasn't present for the entire thing (I will be next saturday), but it was smooth and easy.

I think Hamidon hasn't kept up with the times. IO'ed out hit squads are crushing the poor boy's mito-bits like walnuts under sledgehammers. : (

I don't understand this 'alt-tab' you speak of.. at the Valley house we use ctrl-f12 to task-switch to Firefox on Ubuntu, and at Home, I just mouse over past the edge of the CoH window.

resource wise, CoH is lightweight. Excuse me while I order another 4gb of ram - I'm going to try and play Crysis again.

Seriously, though, the solution is easy - make it a slider. If I want to dedicate 100% of my 'earnings' to Prestige, or 60%, or 50%, or 0%.. let me! for that matter, you could just make it a three-position 'slider toggle' and give us the current on/off, and a 50/50 'mix' position, and I'd be happy..

Primarily going to be concentrating on a friend's Fire/Kin, so I'll be playing Mag Flashlight, the ice-crusted 50 Ice/Ice/Energy tanker, then if (once!) we get the fire/kin to 50, we're going to try and get Pooky Da Imp, currently level 15 Archery/Energy blaster some serious level-u-lar acceleration.
