Like the original poster and others here, I don't like playing evil or lawbreaking characters in games. I wont be buying CoV unless it enhances my CoH playing experience.

Not sure why the Developers seem to want to split the CoH community with the advent of a "evil" based game that has more to offer than the original "hero" based one.

But then again, what do I know?

What I do know is, I wont be buying CoV just to play Anti-hero characters.

I agree, a new up to date build, from the perspective of if I had to do it all again this is the way I'd build a Fire-Dev blaster now.
