EDIT: 12 million is super cheap, so you're pretty much restricted to the frankenslot budget. You can't expect to have a perma eclipse build on that budget, but you can still get a great character. My recommendations are finding the cheap recharge where you can (things like a Stupefy set in Gravitic Emanation) and using any merits you have to purchase LotG + Recharge IOs.
My one question is, if anyone has tested it: Does Burnout bring back my Nova and Dwarf powers, or will they not come up because they're Inherent? Because I was thinking about fooling around with that, given that I have respecs pouring out random orifices. -

Updated the build with some boosters and moved some slots around. Unchain has Kheld's Grace. Nova bolt has the superior form empowerment.
I'm very interested in a Warshade, and I've had fun with a Peacebringer before. I've got a pretty good plan for powers up to the 30s or so, although my slotting is where I'm really unsure. What gets my which slots when, what's my priority (apart from frankenslotting RECH into every slot I can stick it in), that kind of thing. -
OK, I will definitely jump onto those channels- What is the join command for this two specific channels, or are they not in-game chats? (Up until now I have been doing mostly solo stuff on Triumph, so I do not know the server culture too well.)

I would just like to mention, I just filled out the forms, and the ending thank-you message from Stalemate has a typo. The end of the message is as follows, truncated
"...what the next steps."
And then it just ends after steps. I am guessing a "will be" or somesuch was intended, but got removed or clipped.

I would love to participate, but my Triumph blues are pretty low- My best is a 20 that I have been actively working on. Is there some active group I could level with before next week, or will you be accepting under-level characters for this?

RP Level: RP-Friendly, nothing required, no need for immersion unless requested for a team / etc.
Theme/Concept: We are, visually, an Arcane group, but we accept all Villains, and our general theme is overall villainous action.
Activity: Currently looking for more active members, as there are few of us now, and we are never on at specific times. The leader is on at least once every day, for at least 30 minutes, usually in the evening. Most often he is on much of the day on one character or another.
Requirements for Membership: must be at least level #, out-of-game communication on guild forums (please also list URL forums if different from website), no alts in other VGs, no heroes on Virtue, daily log-in, etc.

NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250, latest drivers.
I was able to play successfully for 5+ hours before this glitch suddenly occurred, just to be clear. -
I am playing City of Heroes / Villains again for the first time in a few months: Fresh installation of the game, on a brand-new computer.
Earlier today, while fighting Ice Mistral in the last (?) mission of the Patron Arc (Sirocco), I died, and then my graphics completely died- Every single section of screen was a jumble of horrible multi-color static and glitch images, with the game faintly visible underneath.
Nothing I have done so far (attempting to edit graphics settings through the "snow") has fixed it, nor has changing monitors or actual Windows graphical settings.
PLEASE, does anyone know how to fix this? It even affects the loading screen, and it makes it impossible to do anything.
