I recommend Dual Blades. Both of it's big hitters are cones and it has a nice PBAoE. Secondary with the most damage potential would be /FA but it can have durability issues until you IO it out. For jumping into big groups I could see SR, invuln or willpower working without a ton on IOs. It depends on what you're willing to spend.

Is there any way to lock the mouse cursor to the monitor with CoH on it? I sometimes loose track of where the cursor is and end up clicking on the other monitor, taking me out of the game. In other games the mouse locks to the monitor the game is being played on and I don't have this problem, but I can't seem to find any option for that in CoH, is there anything I can do?

I'm gonna go ahead and recommend DB. It has very nice ST damage and some amazing AoE to boot. If you don't like the combos then I'd go claws, you just have to deal with the knockback then.

The "Animal Fur" option included in the Animal Pack Booster is missing for the "Flat" foot type, this makes it impossible to do furry legs without the monstrous legs option or using a foot type that actually looks like a boot instead of bare feet. Seems like it would be a really easy fix for animal mutant type costumes.
