Meh, not always. If my bounty in Siren's Call keeps running from me (I'm a Brute, obviously), and then they lounge around near the drones, well....

gotta get the bounty someway. Course, I usually TP them to the wall above thier base, with a KO blow, in the hopes they are stunned long enough for me to polish them off.

Shoot, if they dont want to get TP'd, then sit in the lobby.
