miracle are more expencive. one of them enchantments in miracle cost 100m, i cant afford that.
I tryed to 6 slot fortitude but it gimped my recharge no matter how i twist it.
i dont want to do damage at all, i dont have time to do damage when keeping people alive, so i might aswell skip most powers.
Who says you have to be a average defender, if i want damage i log on my fire kin or blaster, i like to keep people alive so i want to make a defender that does excatly that.

i worked on it for a while, i havent tweaked it yet. its abit to expencive right now i have 3 luck of the gambler sets 2+ recharge and defense, thoose two alone is 140m x3 you can imagine the price when im done, but its an easy but expencive way to get recharge.
Personally i dont want it to be more than 500-600m when reciped.
heres the build, the only powers im not sure about is dark, i just took something by reading the description. I hope i can squeeze atleast 80% recharge out of the build somehow.

thanks for the build folonius, im not excatly a patient buyer i usually buy it straight away.
But mostly recipes as they are cheaper.
Thoose basillisk cost a fortune 20-70mill a piece is alot for 7% recharge.
there must be a cheaper way to achieve 6% atleast. -
i would like abit more recharge though, im trying to tweak it abit further, maybe move slots around abit.

thats good news, however i have no clue what power sets to take and where to place the slots. I havent played anything similar.

Im not sure what mastery i want yet, depends what is most useful for farming.
I am not looking for a build with any purple sets, i simple cant afford them and i earn my influence so the income is not heavy.
My budget 400-600m
I prefer builds that has been tested ingame, i dont want to find out i took the wrong build after io's are slotted.
help is appreciated much. -
One thing i would like to change is 2-3 shield defense powers for 2-3 in pyre mastery. However im not sure how useful it is ranged damage on a tank.

Atm im trying to make the bonuses better but if one end improve the other get worse, i dont feel spending billions on recovery.
The build seems to be within range of 200-250 million, its not fantastic but its cheap.
Im open to major changes and help.

I decided to try a scrapper and see how its like, i know that both SD and BS are heavy takers on endurance, wich is why i decided to dedicate most of my inf for io's at 50.
I prefer if mixed with normal enchantments depending on priority, but if you can somehow fit most io's in for 100-150 mill, please do so.
Im also open to builds without io's if no major end problems.
Any help given is greatly appreciated. -
