I finally managed to re-create my character and play on union for a few hours before getting the same problem when I took the train to Galaxy City. I logged in the next day and my character was in Galaxy's yellow line station - I took the train to King's Row and it happened again.

I still can't log in and it's been 3 days. FFS.

It's the same as if I did the tutorial - it doesn't work. The ID card is shown but it freezes and goes back to the main login screen with that same pop up.

I have no problems on the Defiant server, but I want to go to the Union server due to the RP population there.

I've tried several times to try and create a character on the Union server - I can only complete the tutorial but once I try to get to Atlas park or Galaxy city the splash screen freezes and after a few minutes I get shoved back to the main log in screen with a pop up saying something along the lines of: "Mapserver connection Problem".

I'm also on a 14 day trial account.

I get sent back to the log in screen with a pop up saying something along 'mapserver connection problem' and it happens during the splash screen when I go back to coyote to go to Galaxy City.

I also can't just select to skip the tutorial. It'll go to mainscreen again saying the same thing. Only happens on Union and not Defiant.

Oh, and is there a reason why I can't get passed the tutorial into Galaxy city? It won't load and it says there's a mapserver problem... I have a trial account if that helps?

Ah! Darn it! Thank god I'm only level 8 ish so I think I'll re-create my character on the Union server. Thanks!

I've recently started playing CoH and I'm instantly hooked. I'm looking for a RP supergroup that is active and one that also suits my character’s personality. Because of this I've added a little short snippet of information below. FYI - I am a mutation scrapper – Katana (Primary) and Regeneration (Secondary)

Alcides is not afraid of using unorthodox and potentially lethal methods in order to achieve his goals, due to this; I would class him as an anti-hero. His personally is his main weakness; prone to judging and insulting people upon meeting them, he makes more enemies than friends. He is fiercely loyal to his associates and is known for being stubborn and for having problems with authority.

Despite his social weaknesses with other heroes, he spends most of his time with a cigarette in his mouth (his regeneration mutation destroys all harmful effects), drinking his favourite brand of beer or womanizing.He hides a dark secret that only those closest to him know… but those closest to him have the tendency to die soon after they are told.
