I was generally thinking about speed, so I wasn't too worried about what was being farmed. I assumed that the farming pair would have already figured out what they'd be best at fighting and would fight exactly that.
Since Bosses, LTs, and minions are supposedly scaled in risk vs. reward, I figured the best measure would be inf/min, since different maps sizes and mob types would effect any other measure.
...DaveMeb's choice seems pretty logical: my guess would have been something like a earth/emp controller coupled with a arch/fire blaster. AB + RoF = death -
Well, I'm no expert on this (only 2 MM to 50, Mercs/TA and Ninja/Storm), but the primary focus on my build was to beef up my S/L resist, mostly using powers (Tough and Shark Skin), followed by a focus on recharge (gotta get that TC perma), and recovery and ranged defense through as tertiary attributes.
My particular build is pretty toggle-heavy (Tough/Weave, CJ, Steamy Mist, and Shark Skin), and prolonged EB/AV fights will sometimes leave me sucking wind (until I get the Miracle proc, at least), but I've found the system works pretty well, and was even able to boss farm in the AE days. -
So there are alot of threads out and about about clocking speeds and efficiencies of different single (or pocket kin'd) farmers out there: elec/shield scrappers, arch/mm blasters, SS/Shield brutes, but what do you guys think would be the best pair for farming? Would it be Fire/Kin controller with a Granite tank? Two SS/Shield brutes taking a mob each? This is just all for fun and theory, so let's assume any combination (reds and blues can cooperate in RWZ), and assume the two are friends so they can reasonably divvy up the rewards and such.

Quote:From my Jounin's experiences with the BU proc, basically each attack has a 16.6% chance for a 10 sec build up. It'll even come with a little icon in your pet window (which you won't actually have for VS).Okay, I did not know that
So it has Electrical Field which provides several buffs: fly, +flight speed and heal resistance.
And it also has a buff that gives it several dozen mags of Untouchable...
I'm sure, during Untouchable status (like after Rise of the Phoenix), you can buff yourself (I think only the 'Only affecting self' buff stops you from using certain buffs...I dunno...)...
So...How does that BU proc work? Does it give the caster/pet a temp power?
