One person a level, another a hecatomb, etc...
I'm assuming it was all within a fixed timeframe although some only really noticed they lost something from this morning whilst another was talking about something he'd gotten last night.

For me personally I ran the entire Black Scorpion patron arc this morning before the downtime with the help of someone else since I was using a toon that can't solo it yet.
I finished that approximately 2 hours before the downtime.
Got the badge, the respecs, unlocked the patrons.
After the downtime I logged back on and the arc was entirely rolled back, patrons not unlocked again. The only trace left of having done it in the first place was that I 'took' the first mission as that was queued up under missions.

They have a lil game as well. If you click on the logo at the top you get to the main site... it should be there somewhere.
It's fun, you should try it sometime - when servers are up.

Also, if I got these hours right... I think the 6 hours downtime turned into a 10.5 hour downtime, so yeah that's quite a bit.

EU prime time is over now, that's a lost cause for today.

Also, no. I can achieve better XP / time ratios than I've ever seen anyone do on that one and I've seen it run by a fair few people.
It involves an even more build specific approach however.
The key is tailoring the map and the build towards each other exclusively and... lots of maths.

The last time EU server status indication was accurate was when Cimerorans were real and Caesar was having the time of his life.

I'm not at work, but I lol at these suggestions too nonetheless.

Also...
You and me are both EU, but I still don't see a reason for the whole fuzz about globals. It's being blown out of proportions.
Right now we don't have enough of a playerbase on the EU side to enjoy all game content to its fullest.
Sure some people still run arcs, sure some people do lowbie teaming, but however you twist or turn it it remains a fact that we only have enough people online each day to fill up a few decent teams if you rule out all the soloers and as a direct result of that on EU servers the focus is much, much more limited to certain content.
With the limited players / teams we have we can only spread over so much (or so little) content at a time and atm that is and has to be incarnate content as to collectively still be able to acquire our incarnate powers.

All of this could potentially change if even a minor amount of US players would mix with EU players on an EU server.
Trade a letter in your global for a much more complete gaming experience that allows you to see more content in teams - fair deal to me.
