Okay, gotcha. That clarifies it a bit. Would still leave pre-20 Praetorians in somewhat of a limbo though, wouldn't it? Without contacts, they can't get the mission to choose Hero or Villain and leave Praetoria. Since it's a solo-only mission, they also wouldn't be able to piggy back and ride out with someone else. Although, if someone knows they gonna go premium, it's rather easy to hit 20 and leave Praetoria relatively quickly.
Existing heroes, villains, or praetorians that have left Praetoria can still go to all of the Praetorian zones whether or not they have "Create a Praetorian" or Going Rogue attached to their account. -

So, you are subscribed to April 2012, getting the 12+2 plan now will give you 14 months starting in April.

If they did this plan again in December 2012, I'd have to choose between the 12+2 plan that I would have already signed up for (ie this one) or the 12+2 plan in December 2012. Either way it works out to the same thing: my subscription would renew in April 2014.
Of course I'm hoping for a similar plan in April 2014 as a "anniversary bonus time" thing.

The process was really simple... no un-subbing necessary. The 12+2 plan from last time still hasn't kicked in on my account, and you can only have one version of this at a time.

2) Not applicable, as you can exemplar to level 45 and still have access to all abilities (including Incarnate abilities if you are a VIP) to level 50. (edit: okay if you get a lower level LotG:Recharge and exemplar you can still keep the bonus.) -

Its not something that occurs within minutes of him spawning but unlike some GMs the Ghost of Scrapyard seems to spawn quite a lot and after dealing with the ordeal of as many as three Luscas in ip the Devs set things up to prevent things like that from occurring. I am not sure how often he spawns but if it is close to the time for a new one.. the old version disappears.. and doesnt care if you are in the middle of battling it or not.
Killing a lot (200) of scrapyarders always seems to do the trick though. It might be a coincidence, but hey, there is a badge for them too. -

I think the best solution is to still put any badges associated with out of game actions to a new "account" section. That way they can be safely ignored like the supergroup badges.
