[u]Currently Recruiting[u]: We are looking for all types of members. There is no level, origin, or archetype restriction. We are a medium roleplay SG and are coalitioned with several other groups, both RP and non-RP.

[u]RP Level[u]: RP-lite / Medium. We try to roleplay as much as possible, but not heavily.

[u]Theme/Concept[u]:
The Justice Guard is the re-emergance and reorganization of one of Paragon's earliest premier SuperGroups. Sole remaining original member, Liberty Guard, and his close associate, Cap'tain Amazing have breathed life anew into the organization after a solid defeating of Lord Recluse's latest attempt at world domination. It's purpose, to provide a direct secondary option in threat response should the Freedom Phalanx be unable to attend to a given crisis. With both being members, and having a direct connection with local law enforcement via a third founding member, ArchStrike, The Justice Guard serves to bulwark the defense of the innocent....in Paragon and the rest of the world.

[u]Activity[u]: We have members and leaders on at all times. And are ever expanding. We are currently considering adding additional SG's to expand our numbers as well. We have members that play at all times of the day and night as well as leaders.

[u]Other Details[u]: Founded by three RL friends of long standing, TJG is a Medium RP centered, Bronze and Iron Age supergroup focused on characters and mutual character development, fun (paramount), and a feeling of family.

We're a returning name to the skies of Paragon, but membership has grown at a fair pace and now with a medium but still growing membership we're settling down to not only focus on each other's enjoyment and experience both IC and OOCly, but on the development of our SG resources and activities. Our SG database and forums are accessible at The Justice Guard's website and we encourage any to come learn more about us and say hello! We've a FULLY functional and still-expanding base with Medical, storage, Teleport and Invention capabilities that has become not only an expression of the SG, but the input of it's members and a center to our RP. We're also aligned and coalitioned with some of the strongest, longest lasting, and plain old fun SG's on Virtue!

We're an inclusive group. Rper?....great. PvPer?...great. Just like to grind missions?....great. Our overriding goal is to supply a invested, interesting, involved and integral membership with the tools and opprotunities to not only enjoy and express their characters to the fullest, but to explore them, evolve them, and come away feeling like more than just a name on a roster. Quality and active members are our goal, not just large numbers, for the better interactiveness of all of us. Need friends at a certain time of day? People to team with for TFs or what have you? We're attempting to broaden our already healthy membership's playtime spread so that in concert with our active and populous coalitions to ensure that no matter what, teaming is easy.

At present there is no costume requirement, nor are members "required" to remain in SG mode at all times but it is requested that one does to help assist us in upkeeping a base that's both functional and complete for the enjoyment and convenience of everyone. As our experience together evolves, so might our needs but with communication and the investment of energy of our members, we're sure to come to terms with any changes, post haste.

With a focus on fun, character development, and the unity that is fundamental to a sense of family, The Justice Guard opens it's doors to any who would answer the call!

I just got a new comp and everything seems to rum great, except, obviously, CoH.

The graphics are fine, but I get -the- most horrid frame rate. I tried -renderthread 1 and didnt do a thing. Any ideas? I did do everything I could find about editing the shortcut, and updated my nvidia driver. Nothing.

i love the idea people on these boards come up with!
VERY RARELY am i on a team with only 5 ppl (with all 5 ATs) but its fun as hell when it happens! Im frequently a controller when that happens and it so fun to just lock down a mob and watch the team go to work! it even makes frostfire bareable when im on a team like that.

Anyway, great idea. Hope it turns out to be the best group on the server!

i like it, it really shows that "bad" part about the war that no one else really talks about, they just imply it. great read, hope you got an A+ ^_^

id find it hard to belive that a "good" god would power recluse

also if states is "invincible" and never dies then... does he have a wife or g/f? cause it'd suck when she dies

you people need to drop this, this is to keep NON-PvP players happy, and for you PvP players: at least you get this much. They didnt even HAVE to put base raids in, or bases for that matter. so just stop [censored] , if you dont like it then make your own damn game and you can put whatever you want in it

John Anderson has been a brillaint warfare expert ever since he was recruited into the army. His tactics were unmatched on the battlefield.
Although he never fought in the frontlines, he always wanted to be part of the action. He soon got his wish.

John was stationed with his wife and daughter, who was four at the time, at a remote base. One day John was going over some paperwork
in his office when a deafening noise came from outside, the whole building rumbled and began to sway. John instinctively raced to his
quaters where his family was. John threw the door open and looked on in horrific astonishment. His wife's lifeless body lay on the floor
and a large man was holding his daughter, who was struggling with all her might, behind the man, four more men stood, weapons at the ready,
Council members, John thought. John became so enraged that he suddenly burst into flames and his muscles seemed to tingle. He lauched
at the men but before he got two feet, bullets pummled him from all five men. This is it, this is how i will die, John thought. The last thing he saw
was his daughter being carried off, screaming and helpless.

John awoke and looked around. He was in a hosital. A man walked up to him, "Hello John", the man said. "I'm Dr. Felton, I have some things
i want to talk to you about." John said nothing, he just stared at the doctor and thought about his daughter. "I see from some security recordings
that you somehow caught on fire during your... struggle. But im astonished to see NO burns what'so'ever." John looked down and said, "It sort of...
runs in the family." "How so?" John looked towards the man and said, "I dont want to talk about it." The doctor looked at John, then turned and
said, "Ok... i think i understand...., well, you seem to be completly unharmed, I'll just forget about the bullets bouncing off of you. I guess you can
go.".........

(2 Weeks later)

"This costume got my father killed. But I have to do this, for her.... I can at least stop this from happening to other people." John pulled a suit
out of a metal case, the suit had stood the test of time. A sign? Was this his sign that this WAS the right thing to do? John pondered. He
put the suit on, slipped the gloves on, and placed the mask over his face. US Avenger was reborn at that moment. "I wont let another little
girl be pulled into the shadows ever again." John looked at the "new" suit and said "For you... I vow this." He put a small picture of his daughter
in his belt, a reminder to protect the innocents, the ones that cant protect themselves from the horrid things that wait in the shadows....

You know when you go in city hall they have the rooms that you cant go in but you still see NPCs walking around back there? well this would be the easiest way to do it. i mean just seeing your hero sitting back there reading or just walking aimlessly around would be enough. Enemies cant get back there and if the base was attacked then the (lets call it) "recreation area" where the npc heroes are would just go into lockdown mode. It would solve collision(spelling ?) problems so an npc doesnt walk through a player, and the enemy/base attack scenario wouldnt be a big problem for the npc heroes, and the devs wouldnt really HAVE to make new animations, just stick the hero model on the npc walking path. It would work for basically any character, they have the labs behind the science contacts in city hall, the library behind magic contacts, and so on....

just an idea.

US Avenger backed away and looked on in astonishment. "STOP!! YOUR KILLING HIM!!" Avenger yelled, he dived for the rouge "hero" and tore his hands off of the nearly dead troll. The hero refused to give up his victim, Avenger did the only thing he could think of, he used his fist.

US Avenger balled his hand and slammed it into the hero's gut. The hero backed off just long ehough for Avenger to pull the troll away and slap an arrest teleport device on him, the troll faded away, reasurrance that the teleport device had worked and saved the nearly dead troll.

((i think you meant the troll to be dead at the end of your post but i wasnt sure))
