I've never heard of you doing this before, and I've been reading the forums for the past year. I'd be tickled if you could point out where you have graced us with this information. Repeatedly, at that.
I also find this amusing, to say the least, since not a month ago around Christmas time you were advising Cherry to consult people with raid experience so we could learn how to complete them. I suppose you forgot to name drop yourself during that discussion.

I have my Plant/TA at 50 and absolutely love it. Mind you, I've put lots of IOs in it to give it that extra recharge to get Seeds, Oil Slick, and various other powers up faster. Speaking of recharge bonuses...

While you CAN use Spores and Poison Gas Arrow, I's suggest that this is one synergy you can skip. There are better power combos in this set. Of the two powers, Poison Gas Arrow probably better due to its 20% damage debuff.
I'd also highly recommend this piece of advice. It's very handy to be able to light your own Oil Slick instead of hoping folks with the right type of damage come along when you team. Alternatively, you can go with Fire Mastery for an epic pool and use Fire Ball, but that comes a lot later on, so it's worth choosing the right origin from the start.Quote:I'd go for a Magic or Technology origin because they deal energy damage.
You can also take advantage of procs in several places across the build. Achilles' Heel -Res proc comes to mind in Acid Arrow and Oil Slick, along with several damage procs, and the confuse proc Contagious Confusion.
Overall, this combination offers you a lot of control and decent damage if you take full advantage of what each set has to offer.
