What makes me boggle is in AE, when messing with customising Standard mob colours, just where they hooked some of the parts for them. I mean, some of the PPD bots have leg details hooked into their shoulders and stuff. And I think one of the head details was actually the covers on the gun arms?
That said, looking at the PPD Shell suits, I still cant figure out how it wouldn't work on PC's. If it was a mutually exclusive chest option, say ('Power Armour') then it could cut down on the clipping issues, for one..? *shrug* -

There are separate zones in Praetoria. It will not have war walls. You can visibly see the next zone in Praetoria, but you will still have a loading screen when you pass from one zone to the next.
Whether or not the finished product will still be like this I have no idea, though I do hope it works that way.

But can you imagine the wailing and grinding and gnashing of teeth if all the bonuses got changed? There'd be as much flaming and rage as ED, or something. Necessary, maybe, but it'd be an S-storm and a half.
Not saying I disagree, btw. But I can see why they would be incredibly tentative with any changes. -

Going Rogue comes first, if not sooner. If they can, they said they'd get Ultra Mode out before GR proper, and I will literally kill for that graphicy goodness.

Taking away timecards from a server is a surefire way to hack people off, especially after the...whichever card it was that people suddenly found they couldnt use for monthly payments anymore. Some people are now limited to time-cards.
I know it's not 'all servers', but its still not a sound idea. -

You can think of it as being the difference from being a literal costume piece like a witch's hat for halloween and a real in-game witch wearing the same hat. If the hat looks way too stereotypical or incomplete most people will regard them both as just 'dressing up'. Same applies with things like cat ears, they just look like the character stuck them on with clips or something.
I use the wildcat ears on Kitsune Vixen, my emapth defender. Her background is she's a mutant who has the DNA of the same mythical creature in her blood, from some long ago event. The serated sugar hair with the wildcat ears make for a passable pair of fox ears, which is part of her manifested mutation, along with orange fur. They work perfectly fine. It would be nice to have a decent tail to round that out (and stop people mistaking her for a catgurl, which she isnt)
I've avoided making any other anthromorph characters, simply because there are not currently any pieces that I can put together that look good, and no fail. -
