  2. Just my opinion here, but consider taking leaping instead of IR. You get nice kb protection, immob protection, and minor hold protection. All very handy for keeping you going when your dashing about in melee, and helps to keep you in range for your heals, and not the other side of the room

    And let me reccomend psi epic Psi tornado owns, and so does indominable will!

    Just my general idea, looks okay. Any comments? Intended for PvE mainly, did I muck up with slotting/skip any essentials? Feedback please. Only lvl 5 atm, so a looong way off from the good stuffs
  6. I went for flight mainly because I like it, and air sup is VERY handy, especially for a nice ST juggle with Haymaker
  7. It's an error, the last 2 slots in aid self were recharges.

    Still debating fighting and medicine atm, and having just one of them is the only way to get taunt in. This build, I could swap taunt with tough, depending on what I need more.

Well, the thing I'm thinking is that it'd be pointless taking it in the lvl 10 slot, merely because I'll be a little too squishy until I'm armoured up and SOs, at which point I can taunt via gauntlet and inv. I could just take out fighting, put taunt at 30 and then something else at 35, maybe combat jumping.
  9. Just did the maths, and it's got a 5 and a half minite downtime, 3 mins uptime. Not too bad, it seems.

  11. Well, I'm leveling up my Inv/SS, and I'm deciding on a build.I have my first Idea, which is basically a good tank, not a pure meatshield though. Able to deal quite a bit of damage too (I hope) Downside is, no Unstoppable or Taunt, but I do get fighting+medicine for survivability.

    The point is, which of these combos will help the most? Is taunt really needed? And how good is unstoppable? Is it better than a great always available combo of fighting+medicine? Help plz! :P

  14. When I log onto a defender, i AM a defender. I dont become a healer, debuffer/buffer, I just defend people. Different sets have different ways. But they all defend. Even kinetics defends by shortening fight time and using a melee heal

    Some? AFAIK, empathy is the only one you can class as a healer. Name any other set with heals? As in, plural?

    And to be honest, i haven't teamed much, dont know how he copes on teams well.
  18. I don't really have problems with my arsonist dying. I do, however, hear the woes of other thugs/ MMs that do. Now, I'm level 34 on him atm, casually blasting mishes on relentless, and I don't notice he dies much. He's using his big fire bomb attack thing and everything. I have my enforcers slotted for def, and I use darkest night when possible, but in all honesty I dont find him drawing agro that much. If a minion goes down ever, it might be him, but that rarely happens. Is this just me not taking advantage of him or something and missing out on damage/agro, or do other people find him okay?
