Great run on the Raid Tonight!
1st run was great
2nd run.... well 16 people just wasnt enough
Hope to see you all again Next Week!!! -
Wulf. WE are possible thinking of changign up the RWZ raid on Saturday nights to a Hami raid. If you have the time, we would appreciate the help and possibly some binds. Just let us know!!!
Thanks! -
Well your recharge is nice. but you are going to eat through your end even with DS like that. Especially if you end up 1v1 1v2
Also, is this pvp or pve? bc how you saved it you are pvp. but you are talking like its pve. -
5/12/2010 - Patch Notes
Green Mito's in the Lady Grey Task Force keeping their Healing Aura despite being held, and some critters retaining Hide when damaged. -
Quote:MoTD has been updated for Cancellation till Bug is Fixed on Level 50 ChannelDespite saying that he would have the problem fixed early this week, the fact that yesterday's patch notes did NOT include a fix to the green mito bug indicates that Castle has not gotten around to it as of yet. Therefore, there will be no raid tonight.
Tune in here for updates as they become available. -
So i am wondering about the Command
Our channel has i think around 2487 members on it. Which many i know have not been active for a LONG time
we set ours to
/chan_timeout level 50 120
is that correct? because the # of users never changed. or should it be
/chan_timeout 'level 50' 120
Thanks? -
Quote:Yes i did that already. The fan and card is all clean. A little normal dust on the card fan blades. But nothing out of the ordinary. Usually it happens if the fan on cards isnt running. But this one is so i am confused.....I might have misread but knowing the temperature of a hard drive will not help you with an overheating graphic card.
Speedfan should be able to tell you the temp of the graphic card itself ( unless it doesn't have a sensor) and by past experience, what you are seeing is often caused by a overheating card.
edit: sorry just re-read the post and I missed the part where you say no other temp are showing. Still you could always pull the graphic card out and make sure there is no dust in the heat-sink and fan. -
Quote:Yes i changed it to F.are you sure it isn't 91C. if it is, your card is running at 195.8F. Celsius is what any program i know of that reads temps reads in. you have a card that is going bad. remember that electronics are not perfect and can be brand new in the box and not work right from the start.
Quote:SpeedFan has the option to use C or F. I just changed mine to F as a comparison, and it reports 90F for the Hard Drive as well, which is about 32C, nice and cool... and normal.
HalfSlice, if you are not seeing any voltages or other temps, you might have to click Configure and enable a few more devices. It seems strange to me that SpeedFan would default you to just the harddrive. -
Quote:Well.... SpeedFan is only detecting HD0 at 91FI am an expert... well not really but I've had multiple experiences with seeing that. It's definitely a failing card and almost certainly happens when the card overheats.
You say the card is not running hot. What is the temperature of the card and what program are you using to read it? Are you sure you aren't just looking at the motherboard temperature.
Also, as a card gets progressively worse it starts to glitch at lower and lower temperatures. A few years back when my 7900gt started to glitch like that I set the fan to 100% every time I played the game and I was able to eke out another month of play. But that card is about to go out in a blaze of glory.
On the bright side this gives you a good excuse to upgrade for GR.
Its not seeing any voltages, or fans or other temps.... Bah. -

Quote:Ok. I am going to load my HiJack report. and ill j ust do the /reloadgfx even if it does not do it.Well I'm not saying it actually is a hardware problem, but it's a possibility. Some minor defects in cards could take some time before they eventually show up visually... or incorrect power/cooling has caused slight damage over the past year that eventually led to a problem. I don't see any obvious problems with your setup from the information you have given so far, but another person might, so it's worth waiting for the 2nd and 3rd opinions. lol
I can't see information from a "HiJack This" report having much impact on this behavior, but it might be worth running that and posting it as well so other people can look for an issue there too. You never know.
Did you try the "/reloadgfx" command yet? How did it work out?
Quote:Just as a note: the way RWZ was "built", it tends to have texture-pop and take a second to draw itself in when you first enter - even on strong systems.

Its just odd because the card isnt even a year old.

I'm getting frequent graphics hitches (the entire screen freezes, the mouse pointer is still responsive), then 15-30 seconds later, I'm back. if its longer then my game freezes.
Also when i come back. the graphics are wacked out. Sharp points everywhere. like everything exploded. I even have Rainbow colors on metallic surfaces.
I can go to Menu. Options. and move my settings up to max. click apply. and it fixes it. then i can change it back to Which ever setting i want.
My fans are all running fine. and the card is not hot.
It has been happening since the graphic update in some zones. Currently it is RWZ that is affecting me. -
-
I wonder how limiting this would help with RWZ Mother Ship Raids.
-
I don't check the forums that much. And was like "Awwww" they remembered.... Or looked at the calendar. :P
Thnx Again. Now wheres my Inf presents! -
Wow cant believe i missed this!!!!
Thanks all. Was a good 26th Birthday!!!!!!
