  6. With Stygian Circle, Stamina isn't really needed.. Health can still be useful with Inky Aspect, but I didn't see that in your build at all, so I'd say Health isn't really needed either.. Also, unless you tend to die alot, I'd take Quasar at 35 and Stygian Return at 41..

    First of all, thanks for responding :P

    I figured I don't really need the range enhancements, as I don't stand very far back anyway (with 3 PBAoEs)..
    Also the EndRed ones I probably don't need, as the only way I run out of (or even run low on) Endurance, is if I Nova. And while we're first on that, should I really put another slot in Stamina then? Will I need that if I get rid of the EndReds?

    Frozen Armor has resistance to both cold and fire, doesn't it? And Hibernation usually gets me right back at full already the way it's slotted now..

    On the Flight enhancements, I didn't really understand what you meant.. Could you please rephrase?

    Is Snow Storm very good? How "strong" is it?

    I am trying to find a good build for my Warshade, but with so many powers to choose from, it's not as easy as one'd hope :P Therefore, I was hoping that I might be able to get some assistance here

    I usually team, preferably big teams (tbh, I rarely play if I don't have a team, although it does happen every now and then). I don't really have much of a clue about this - can't say I'm very experianced with builds at all. I don't know what is best of single-form, dual-form or tri-form in my situation, so I'll leave that up to you.
    I'm looking for a build up to L50, possibly including slotting. Even so, I'm still only L20, so any changes that should be done underways could also be noted.

    And with that, I will leave you to it I'd would be very, very, very much apprieciated

    That said, if you're planning on soloing, the first choise (Peacebringer) is probably the best for your needs, as it gots some pretty decent (although not the best) melee attacks, 2 self heals and 2 HP boosts (including dwarf).

    However, by level 38, your Warshade will be able to cap his damage, his accuracy, and his resistance to everything including toxic and psionic, basically makes this "a flying purple fortress of doom" that can solo an entire outdoor map for 8 people, filled with psionic mobs and an AV (Mother Mayhem, for example).

    If you ask me, I liked being a flying purple fortress of doom better than a self healing weak version of blaster...

    Flying Purple Fortress of Doom sounds good - I prefer teams anyway. Barely played on my Blaster when I couldn't get a team.. So far my WS is L11, and my PB is L5.. I've liked the WS better so far (noticed it around L6), but that might be because I don't have Nova on my PB yet.. Dunno..

    I just hit 50 the other day, and now I'm wondering which of the Kheldian Archetypes I should play..
    I've made one of both, but haven't really noticed a big difference yet, other than that my WS has an Immobilize while my PB has one more attack-based power..

    I was wondering if someone could give me semi-detailed description of the difference between PBs and WSs - what each one excels (sp?) at, what it's weak at, and so on..

  13. Meh, I'm Norwegian, and it was the only word that came to mind that fitted correctly :P

    And I went on test server yesterday, tried out a few of the skills..

    Bonfire was actually pretty nice, as I could just stand in the middle if I was fighting melee mobs, and they'd continously (spelling?) run towards me and get knocked back, leaving me unharmed, while they die :P

    Also tried the Elec Cone attack.. Has about the same damage as my Charged Bolts.. Requires me to be pretty close, though.. But you were right about me in the first post, I usually shoot at them a little from a distance first, and then run in for some PBAoE. So wouldn't the cone be useful on big groups if I'm in the middle there anyway?

    Didn't really notice much of a difference with Snowstorm, but then I didn't fight any mobs around my level with it, and no big groups..

    And the shields.. 20%? Really? Sounds like a fair bit.. Worth taking, then?
  14. Wow. Thanks for taking your time to write all that! Really helpful, makes me see everything a bit clearer, now that I have a better description of the powers etc.

    Now I noticed you said the Elec and Fire holds would suit as a primary hold power. Are they better than my current hold, Tesla Cage? Higher chance of successfully holding a target?
    About the shields, are they good? Would they really be worth picking? Which brings me on to my next question, the cone attack that Elec has. I noticed on ParagonWiki it said Ranged(Cone) or something similar. Wouldn't that mean it is a cone attack I fire from a distance, like the Energy/ L6 attack?
    When it comes to the L47 powers in these two epic pools, the EMP sounds really appealing. I am however wondering, is the damage good? And about how much endurance does it drain unslotted? And then there's the Rise of the Phoenix. Self-Rez sounds appealing, especially when I can use it if I fall in combat to get up to fight again, even if I'm in the middle of a group, and harming my enemies in the process. However, I usually play in teams, and usually have a healer/rezzer or more in the team.

    Force. What can I say? To me it's really the least appealing of these pools, as when I go tanking, I don't really care if I die, and to me, that seems like the only thing it is for. Doubt I will be taking it.

    Cold mastery.. You've managed to talk it back into consideration :P I had no idea the Snowstorm was that powerful, and the Hibernation sounds much more appealing now, when I found out the recharge wasn't that long after all.

    Munitions. So I still will have to pull out an AR to throw a sleep grenade, eh? Hmm.. Waste of precious time.. The missile is still really appealing, but I realize that it might not be such a good idea going for that if the other powers are going to be so.. well, not useless, but not far from.

    It would probably be easier to decide if I was level 50 (or 47), able to have all the powers, or at least the end power, in each of the pools.. But I guess I can just respec later.. Off to testserver for me to test on :P Still, more opinions and so on will be appreciated
  15. I am now a level 43 Elec/Fire Blaster, but I haven't levelled up since 40, because I just can't decide which APP to take.. They all have something appealing, but I've managed to (almost xP) decide to go for either Electrical Mastery or Munitions Mastery. Nothing is written in stone, though, because Flame still appeals quite a bit to me, and the others.. well.. could be good..
    So, any advice? What are the pro's and con's with each of the APPs? Which is over-all best, or what is each pool good for?
    I would be really grateful for some help..
