Real name is Craig, I am the wireless division director and sales manager for an International Electronics Recycling and Trading firm. Yeah, sounds a lot better than it actually is I am from Austin, Texas and have pretty much lived here all my life.

I am married, have a 7 yr old daughter that I adore and love any kind of competitive game/sport. My biggest hobbies are of course, leading what I consider to be the best group of guys/gals in the game (no offense to anyone else, they're just like family to me), lifting weights, marathon training/running, men's softball league, and collecting DVDs

I am very proud to be a part of this server as I have made many dear friends over the years. And I would like to send a special shot out to my newfound friends and comrades, the Pingus, who have helped me renew the fun-factor in the game.....thanks a TON guys.

Hey Ras, well, I would say hell yeah to that, but he's been so busy we haven't even had the chance to have him our practices yet. We are all looking forward to when things slow down for him to join us full time.

We think we will be a-okay without him in the line-up too

Oh, I better mention this is most definitely a joke by one of our more down to earth and funny members before this gets read wrong. We do not believe we will start at the top, there are some very tough competitors on the villain side. However, we feel we will be a good adversary for any looking for a challenge.

Was that PC enough?

Besides, this is in the wrong thread anyway, what heroes care about what the villains do anyway

I appreciate that response, but you may want to look at the calendar. It is summer time, people are on vacation, and giving us 5 Days heads up, isn't exactly what I would consider adequate time to get things together for such a large tournament/event. While I agree these initial rankings don't mean much at this point as we will show up next month to challenge groups either way, it would have been nice to get a little more time to get the troops together. You may want to get these started soon, but don't you think it would be more fun if more groups could attend....one more week could have accomplished that.

It's fine, I'm not running the event or the ladder, so GL and HF to everyone involved.

While I love Double XP weekends and my SG pulls together about 20-30 players non-stop for 2 straight days, the timing couldn't have been worse. Many players more than likely have plans already for the weekend, traveling being a big possibility, and cannot make changes to accommodate this event. I understand it is silly to think of it this way, but we are being forced to have to pick between spending time with family (father's) or be selfish and play a game.

I myself, as a father, do not play with my child as she is too young and doesn't really like the game anyway. Therefore, it is impossible for me to say, "I'm sorry honey what daddy really wants to do today is immerse myself in game where I don't eat, don't sleep and don't have time to talk to anyone else." I luck out on these weekends and have a really cool wife that has no problems with me playing all weekend long when these things hit, but in no way will she be okay with me skipping time with my or her father or leaving our child out of her day with me.

Maybe the devs are bachelor's and they don't have to worry about this stuff, but there are plenty of us that do and it kinda irks me I will be missing it as I usually lead my VG events for the entire weekend, and now can't.

Just my two infamy, I'm sure many of the younger players and those not in my same shoes will disagree with me and not care about these problems.

I hope they decide to push it back a weekend.

History - Dark Revolution began May of 2005 with the goal of being a major PVP force. We have quietly made a name for ourselves in SC and WB with hopes to become a force in both arena and RV soon. The player base is concentrating on lvling many PVP toons for all different cirumstances so interest in PVP is definitely high.

Catholic, when I first met you in PVP you manhandled by brute (lvl 24 back then) and I had a great deal of respect for you. Even when I brought my MM in SC a couple of weeks ago to test my new PVP based build, you answered my call on broadcast to come 1v1 me on the FC building. (If you remember I handled you pretty good that fight...think it only lasted like 20 seconds) You then answered my call for a rematch (also 1vs1) and beat me though it was a close fight. So understand I considered you a friend and would still like to, however, your current FC tactics are completely uncalled for. I am going to answer your points below:

Not true. I am in SC everyday, normally the time when FC is at its peak. And while FC is going on, there are still broadcasts of fights going on in the streets as well..people asking for help, dissing each other after I beat, etc. So this point is without merit.

While this may be true, I have yet to form an opinion on it, I have a reason this may seem to be but is probably not true. As you know, FC only has three rings. And like last night, there were about 30 or so villains and around 35 heroes. Since FC is 1v1, there is a lot of standing around, but that doesnt mean they will not fight sometime that night when they get the chance. Maybe if people like yourself don't come up there and knock people off the buildings into spawns of Longbow to get debt they might stick around long enough to fight.

I will 1v1 you anytime I am in the zone my friend, and I think you already know that. I'm sure there are more that would like to take a crack at you if you would be a little more patient and ask. Also, I don't care about your hurricane as it IS one of your powers and without it you wouldn;t even be in the zone....but I certainly do not "hide" behind my pets with my MM. My pets are my attacks, and I get close and personal to you and everyone else in order to stack my fears and debuffs on you. Your experience with MMs may be limited but what do you expect us to do, try and blast you with our sissy personal attacks? I think not.

Your point for not doing FC is fine if all you were doing was "not doing FC". But that's not what you are doing....you are ruining it for the people that love it. If you don't want to do it, then don't. But that doesn't give you the right to run into ongoing fights and onto the ledges to knock people off with your HC. If you want your bounty, then take it from that one person..if you can. But leave the rest of the community that is enjoying a constant event alone.

These responses may seem a bit harsh, but IMO once you have ticked off someone with the respect that Dinah Might has in the community, you have seriously done something wrong.

I hope to see you PVP again soon, with a new outlook on this situation.
