Sitting at 1256 atm!

Ok so the Super Team have been going strong for the last few days.

We are having a blast, im actualy surprise how well we are doing.
Those new sets, rock!

At this point I care we recruit more ppl for the Super Team.
It is not to late to join us.
Its a fact we have now some ppl in the lvl 20ish, but go roll your ST toon , today, and join us, even if you are lvl1, we will do our best to get you in a team.





...About Tonight...

Tonight i think will try the first ward arcs.
Non lvl20, will be able to team with us there.
They just cant get mission until they 20.


Also, i will do some give away, so far i have pilled up all this :

I will add 400M inf. to the mix.

At some random time in the night i will ask a basic trivia question like : " who is Manticore wife?"

the first person to answer it correctly, get a prize!

Figured ill post a picture of the two toons i made for the superteam.

He was in the street...

He heard someone yelling in his direction, but like usual, ever since his consciousness emerged;
he was to deep in his thoughts to bother about the outside world.

The voice was closer to him the second time…

- YOU, yes you, I know the like of you. Ya t’shhiink ya special, another bread of blue skinned *mumbling*, I see.

The voice was still behind him, this time it catched his attention.
At this very exact second, he realized, he was contemplating his own hands.
The next few seconds seemed like minutes, as a cold truth was coming out of his mind.

He was not like any other; his skin was in fact very different then what he expected.
And he had that feeling; it was not the only thing that was out of the ordinary.

A small sting behind his head awaked him from his wondering. His reflex this time was to turn around.
The same voice again….

- Hey, I’m talking to you.

The voice was coming from a man who was staring at him.
The man was not alone, it was clear he was the leader of a small crew.
An hidden memory told our hero, those individuals were in fact "Hellions".

- Really, you and your like think you can walk in Atlas Park, this freely…and unpunished.... ya think…

It was at that moment, he realized the Hellion was juggling with a rock in one hand.
The next thought was: “this explains the sting”.

In the blitz of a second, the Hellion, using all his muscles, in a vivid motion from his torso, threw the rock in his direction.

His left arm moved forward to block the path, the movement was faster then the rock had velocity.
In fact the rock was moving slower then the micro seconds before.
Time itself seemed slower and slower.
His arm was now blocking the path between the rock and his head.
Then something different then he expected happened.
The rock stopped. In fact everything around him was lying still.
Oddly enough the surprise was small. Even, he realized… he was bored.
Even if he was not expecting this bizarre scenario, he felt like this was not the first time…

The next idea seemed funny… “I wonder if the rock will keep its velocity if I move its current position”...
He already knew the answer, so he decided to act on it…

Time started to move forward again…

The Hellion arm was still in motion, from throwing the rock.
The Hellion had half a second to be stunned by the surprise.
The blue skinned thing that was in front of him earlier was gone.
The solid rock he just threw was also out of sight.
Half a second later, it was of no importance.
A solid and painful sting hurt the back of his head, as the Hellion body was dropping on the concrete.
He was unconscious.
The rock bounced on the pavement as the civilians were just walking by.

It was just a normal day in Paragon City.

Something i wanted to do at least once

Funny thing is... normaly when you place the market eat 5% or 5inf, in this case 5inf, since i placed for 1inf.

when you sale the market take the diff between the 10% it got sold, minus the initial 5%....

but the market never gave me back my initial 5inf , it took the 5inf and the 200m (10%)

For the uniform:

What we want to achieve is reach some sort of “Military look” , The idea was suggested since in fact will have Beam Rifle in the mix.
So the idea is to look like a futuristic soldier or mercenary. That was an easy pick for me, because I happen to have many alts already fitting the style *whistle*….

The costume sets to use more or less are :
- Vanguard
- Overguard
- The new “defense” set
- Stealth
- Tech Sleek
- Any other that fit the style

Mix it in black and white as they are the main colors.

There is no restrictions to skin color, faces, genders, etc, pick whatever suit you. I will prolly pick my usual fish face :P

For the power colors restrictions:

To make is simple, simply use “Bright colors” and this bright red:




Again, if you don’t like it, discuss with the group, but we rather have you playing with us, then quit because you don’t like the costumes/uniforms/colors.

What: Basically a Super Team, based on some of the new Power sets that come with Issue 21.

Archetype: only the Corruptor Archetype

Power sets restriction: To join, you have to create a new toon, with either Fire Blast or Beam Rifle as Primary. You also have to be either Poison or Time Manipulation for the secondary.

Power Restrictions: None. Pick any power you care in your build. We strongly suggest you pick Disintegration, if you are a beam rifle, tho.

Who can Join ?: Everyone can join as long as they stick to the few restrictions we selected.

When it start: Starting when Issue 21 is released, sept 13!

Schedule: There is none, we play at hours and days we care, hoping we can have enough interest most days. Peak hours after 8pm EST.

Side : will start blue side, yes yes a lvl1 corr blue side, you got to enjoy i21. From there will see where the wind goes.

The Object: Really, we care to team with ppl, the more we are the more fun we have. The few restrictions, is only to add some spice to the mix. To be a Super Team, you have to apply restriction to the Archetype and sets or its nothing more then a pug.

Other goals are to enjoy the new sets, and the new content. Toward that goal, will play new content, the most we can. That means no AE.

Channel: I have created a channel named : Corrosive Time

Super Group : There is no obligation to join any specific super group, but I have created one just for the Super Team, off course I shamelessly using my regular SG name *wink* *wink* : “ Global Co - Corrosive Time “.
But again, there is no obligation to join that SG or not, just join the channel, as will use it mostly.

Look and feel:this is not our first Super Team. Each time we try to limit the restrictions to reach more ppl. This time tho, we want to add some specifics to the look and feel. We care to have a uniform, and restriction to power colors.

Since it’s the first time we try this, we are concerned, some ppl wont like what got picked. So as we strongly suggest you follow what got picked for those, we feel its better you pick something you like then something you don’t want to play with.

So how will pull thos one?

We send one tank to hami, and maybe 1 team of taunt'ers on yellows, then everyone else go straight to hami?!

I think we all agree the real enemy will be the lag.

Also we cant do much about it, but the pets will target whatever mitos, and prolly not Hami. Except for the pets you can controls. That mean Lore pets, and MM pets.

So ppl with Lore pets should remember to tell those pets to target/attack Hami.

Im thinking Clarion/Rebirth, but i figure, Ageless is good too.

The usual, shivans/HVAS/nukes/any other useful temps.

If i may suggest something, have the dark miasma and kins have heal on auto. If ever we get stuck in a lag loop, there is chance the heal on auto actualy keep us alive.

In any case ill be there, for this.

The answer to the original question is simple. Any AT will do.

The one hint that will help you if you are getting serious about getting a lot of badges... pick the oldest toon you ever created. Or... at least the one toon that have the most "anniversary badges". Those cant be awarded, if you missed the dates.

For instance, ATM my main badger (ss/invul brute) have 1208 badges, but i realised my ice/ice dom, have 2 anniversary badges, my brute never got. So i started badging with it too. When
I'll be done, if ever I complete the 2 , they will both have the same amount, but the Dom will have 2 more badges.

This time i havent blowed 50B, but only 25B, into prestige in 1 shot.

Took me 6min to convert all into prestige.



As you can see there is a difference of 50M prestige, which is 25B inf!

First raid was good, but not uber, we filled the zone.
We pulled a decent time.
The monster hunt was pretty short.
The lag was lame.


Second raid, was interesting to say the least, 30ish ppl, only , lot of new names. The important thing is, we completed.

Im down to lead Hami, red side tonight (tuesday) 8pm EST.

cant tell if i cant make it each weeks, tho!

LRSF use to be harder...
hek i remember the time we were gathering shivans before the run, just cuz it was the only way we knew how to complete it, well that or use the mind dom method.

I remeber ppl dying over and over, on that last mission, team wipes and all.
But now with more ppl getting use to speed things, having many alts, to fit what the team need, and offcourse with all the +1,+2,+3 and incarnate powers, that last fight is a joke now.

Now you often see ppl having killed all heroes but State, and have to wait for State unstopable to drop, before he take damage.

I use to think LRSF was harder then STF, since you had to face 8 heroes all at once. Now they both easy, LRSF is just more staight forward for the last fight, since there is no towers to drop.

LRSF use to be 60min run for me, 45min if really lucky, now its 30min or under, even at +4 or with MO settings <.<

Still a fun SF, but not such a challenge anymore.
