i think its more simple than what you guys are eluding too, AE gives players an opportunity to play the game without quantum rifles and void slayers, allbeit it takes a lot of the fun outta the AT's but still, now ppl are willing to take kheldians on ae teams because that stuff doesnt spawn unless the author put it there.

Unless I've been missing something, Voids/Quants/Cysts/Dwarfs/Novas aren't all that common enough to be discouraging. My wife and I run into them often enough to keep us on our toes and still surprised when we see one, but not to the point that we're always looking out for them. Though we did get a good surprise the first time we ran into a Cyst... On a Synapse... In the boss room... Thankfully we had a team with a good sense of humor and ability to take it out after regrouping. -

Ok the guides are well out dated for the changes that have happened to the pb. Does anyone know how i should slot the tri form to get the most out of it

Here's my own thread in regards to asking about current guides for PB's. The changes were not so extensive that they made any of the guides worthless. Thread Here -

The I13 updates are listed on this page:
http://www.cityofheroes.com/news/pat...nsibility.html
Search for 'Peacebringer' and 'Warshade' and you'll find the changes.

Awesome, thank you very much.
Edit: After reviewing that information and pulling up what I've read in the guides, I have managed to figure it out for myself that most of the guides are actually still viable, valuable, and very useful.
For those two that were wondering the same as I was, just about any of the guides on whatever AT (PB or WS) you want are still useable, so find one you like and have at it. -
When it comes down to it, I'm sure some would have no problem being able to find the patch update release notes stating what changes have been made to Khelds and then just using that with the guides, but given the amount of changes, its probably time for a new guide or slightly updated one. In the very least, can someone with honed Search-Fu bring up the list of changes specifically?

Search-fu: Weak. Click through: guides. Read all: posts.
Yet all I could find were guides as recent as I9 or so. I am playing my first PB and enjoying it so far, but I'd really like to try and make a tri-form build that doesn't leave me feeling lackluster, retarded, or constantly asking other PB players if I did something wrong/right/different. So, my question is, are there any recent PB guides that incorporate the recent changes made to Khelds? The best guide I've found so far still says that clicks can be used while transformed, though that doesn't seem to be the case any more, and the guide seems to depend on that for survival in certain areas. -
So Dmg 3x, Acc 2x, and End 1x would be better for slotting? I try to focus on keeping End for those long fights when Blues are all gone or have been made into Wakies. xD

The problem I'm running into is the slots. I already know one mistake was dropping extra slots into PFF. I'll look into Elec Mastery; I originally went with Force for thematic reasons (Energy styled), but I'll take a good look into it.
Thanks for the advice. -
Okay, so I'm finally about to get my first level 50 Hero and I am happy that its a Blaster; its been a really fun ride getting this far. Currently it sits at level 49 and nearing level completion. I've already tweaked the build twice to try different things (i.e. Power Push vs Shocking Grasp), but I'm still not entirely sure I'm getting the most I possibly can. I am horribly Mids ignorant, so please forgive my ungodly method of showing my build. As of now all enhancements are standard SO's and slowly turning into regular IO's. Right now I'm mostly concerned about slot arrangement to maximize future potential for sets, though no guarantee that I'll be doing that again. So, what mistakes have I made in just picking what has how many slots and what goes in those slots?

My MacBook Pro runs City with minimal crashes. The biggest issues I have are with my crappy connection in general; internet standards are low in my city. At first I was running into a lot of issues, then a couple of patches hit, and then I usually only run into AE related connection issues at this point. I'm not sure what particular type of RAM is used, but everything is stock out of the box.

In the tray that has all your powers in it, there should be: Powers - Inspirations - Enhancements - Salvage - Recipes. Click on Powers to open your list of powers. You should be able to then scroll down to where Flight appears and Hover should be available to drag and drop into any open power tray slot.

Or the devs could/should just make 2-4 default farming missions that are either MA arcs making them easy to find and 'auto-LK' or given out by an easy to find contact. -
