Perhaps I once briefly felt a twinge of guilt tanking Lusca thinking why are we killing this beatiful creator of nature do we all really need that much Sushi.

Well seems I was tactless enough to engage in some 'organisational' critisim, whomever chose to play that role.
I like the idea of every SG interested in PvP descend on a zone at an arranged time and have all hell break lose. A very big step up from the regulary organised PvP events, (try to organise my self as a total |\|008, didn't even manage to create enough interest to run 2 Knockout rounds, thought it would be too embarassing to ask people to give up there time for such a small 'event' and cancelled it, in hindsight perhaps I should have ran it anyway just to meet some of the guys involved and give it a go, it might have even gotten of the ground, but then hinsight has a significant +perception buff){also as a reply to someones Sig there you go I tried, I failed, I analysed it and return to discuss it ,No shame here!}
So my advice would be start small, and fairly/well balanced.
Challenge your favourite 'most hated' heroe SG to a night in the arena, have VG 2/3 rpeat the process with Heroe SG's 2/3. Meet there leaders, agree to disagree, put past diffrences aside and agree to co operate to create an enjyable experience for everyone in the ranks of the SG.

Perhaps the rooms shouldn't attempt to build a doorway on ceation just be happy to be placed where a doorway conection is possible. A door must be placed for the base to be considered acceptable. Also when you try to place a doorway it will 'red flag' the object/s preventing it's placement.
The tree models should have been also designed so the centre of there bounding box coindides with the centre of there base as creating an avenue of trees looks a little off kilter, Sorry /rant mode

People react diffrently to shocking news and the 'just don't know what to say' effect, Some say as little as possible and leave it, some say as much as they feel is relevant and some people just say anything to get rid of the icky feeling of not having anything to say, which can lead to some somewhat leftfield comments (much like this one) sure no one is really trying to derail the thread or air there personal bugbears, We all just react in diffrent ways to upsetting news.

Is that not a faliure of organisation to expect others to organize for you and when they don't it leaves you with a rather unbalanced event a 'shadow' of it's true potential.

And (if PnP means pen and paper) as Ravenswing said it comes from the days of Table top, dice, Roleplaying games.
What it refers to basically is maximing your charecters potential by assesing the value of each choice available to you.
To Min/Max a charecter
To literaly Minimise it's weakness and Maximise it strengths.

Mob gets taunted,thinks this is the most dangerous target that needs eliminating as quickly as possible, then decides it needs to take a few steps forward too waste a few seconds before he shoots getting even closer to this 'highley dangerous' target just in case he'd like to take a swipe an one shot them well DOH.

Sorry I think it's a valid objection to how the event was organised you organised the 3 most prestigous VG's on one side and didn't organise a reasonable opposition for it to be interesting to either them or the opposition. Sounds like a recipe for Epic fail to me..

It's actually highly underated as most people don't see it happening, but I might suggest your combined statement make an interesting 'motto' for the Cartel

The real problem with size/shape shifting is the 'morph' involved, to make the 'transition' anything like realistic is nigh on immpossible.
As far as I know so far they mostly cover that with a lighting effect or have a 'set' destination.
