How would the upcoming PPM rate affect a proc slotted in multiple powers? In multiple powers from different sources? (for example: the AH proc slotted in multiple Radiation Blast powers vs. the AH proc slotted in multiple MM Merc pets and personal attack powers?)

I think I might have a Fire/Earth Dom gathering dust that would get more mileage out of slotting it Bonfire than my /Storm (would probably end up respec'ing out of Cages though)

I didn't mind the prequel (scope and story); I just didn't like much of the acting or dialogue.
I don't get the Jar-Jar hate (outside of the 'so-called' race bashing thing); sure he was an annoying flip-floppity mess of a creature but its more tolerable than watching the Wizard of OZ mash-up of The "Dorothy Bunch", known as C3PO, crying around and betching every 5 to 10... what a freaking nag! -

I use Bonfire strictly for the damage; slotting the proc means that now I'd be able to focus on the damage without having to worry about keeping the spawn KB-locked. Don't get me wrong, I'll still be spamming Cages but it'll be strictly for Containment damage. -

I think someone else mentioned a similar problem. I would recommend /bugging it. -
For the most part (being that we kept having players drop early yesterday) I wasn't always getting stuck with 'last choice'. I think I played 6+ times and got Hitter once, lol.
Today, I was slow on the draw and my picks were more varied (Grifter twice, Hacker twice); the last run is when it finally *clicked*.
Really gotta quit zombie-playing sometimes. -

My slow brain just figured out I could actually choose my role in the Casino Heist... for the longest I thought I was getting a long string of Hackers at random. Must've subconsciously gravitated towards the same poster numerous times.

Managed to get one yesterday but I really don't want to slot it until I get a few more (saving, perhaps, my only one for my future Water/Storm Corr )
AH issue is a bug.
Non-conversion (at this time) is WAI. -
You know, after everybody blisters their fingers getting these, they'll mainstream that mechanic somehow.

Personally, I don't mind PMarket items... as long as they aren't exclusive; if it can be bought OOG then the option to "earn" it IG should also be there.

If I'm right about the XP; Summer Blockbuster could also be a used as a continuation of DfB scale XP for those that don't want to be scaled back down to DfB power levels.
Casino Heist has 3 AVs
Time Gladiator has 4 AVs
So the event has 7 AVs worth of XP; if I'm mistaken in this, please let me know. -

(Any chance that the Elemental Order, Corsair Backpack, Corsair Shoulder can be modified to create a chest detail (like the Breather detail for the clockwork set; shoulder being more like the multi-purpose Skull chest and shoulder pieces (or at least modding the current skull details into Corsair/EO type pieces))? -
Despite the lvl 29 range cap; my 50 somehow managed to get an Incarnate Shard drop.

IMO, the most efficient application would be something akin to an armored Hazmat/HEV/EOD suit. Dramatically scaled down from full Gundam size.

Mission is lvl 15+ and if you can get a team going... it seems to be about 15-20 mins a pop. (will probably be doable in much less time once players become more organized) -
Half the content is just SMASH... not much to talk about there.
The other half is solo glowie/talkie, team SMASH, solo glowie/talkie, team SMASH.
But I figured everyone already knew that? Besides I'm just giving feedback... not a walk through guide.
