Looks like the original defeat dialogue.

Want to hear a weird bug? A few months ago I was editing a custom character in the Architect, and my own character's hair changed color.

I loaded up a mission architect mission, with the Zig Outbreak old villain tutorial map.
I went to one of the villain tutorial's objectives, clicked it, and this happened.

The only architect objective I had set up for this was to defeat all enemies.
I believe this is residual coding which was built into the map itself, not taken out.
