As the days wind down for our favorite superhero MMO game of all time, I thought it'd be interesting to try and take screenshots of various locations in CoH and present them as semi-artistic "snapshots." To that end, I now present the following 8 snapshots echoing the "realness" and "humbling solitude" of the virtual world around us that we call "City of Heroes" (as witnessed by our avatars).
For me, these "snapshots" are a prime example of how MMO games can evoke feelings of spirituality, emotion and "virtual realism" in the universal player's mind (as conveyed by the strategic use of avatar-centric camera angles and emotes).
