Bots/TimeManipulation, which Ancillary Power Pool to use

I have a Bots/ Time Manipultaion build and I am getting close to the level 35 where I get to pick an Ancillary Power Pool. It looks like the choices are
Chill Mastery
Charge Mastery
Heat Mastery
Field Mastery.

I use my Time Manipulation on the enemy and kill with My bots.
I don't do to much of my own damage, just time manipulate to slow down enemy and blast away with Bots
I am wondering which will work best with this strategy. I would appreciate all suggestions. Do not want to spend time to get the access to the Villan power pool with End of the World looming.
I and bots have very little Defense and Resistance, would Chill Mastery help protect the bots?

Honestly, the very best thing for you is mace mastery. Scorpion shield will raise your def by a large chunk and power boost right before you use farsight will further boost your own def plus give a large chunk to your bots. You should be very sturdy at that point.

also chill mastery will do almost nothing to protect your bots.

If you really don't want to cross over, chill is the way to go. It does pick up some defense for the mastermind.

Do realize you can go vigilante in 2 days, be evil and get the first arc of Black Scorpion finished even while you start going rogue after a 2 day stint at being evil and then 2 sets of five Rogue missions will cross you back to the blue side. You can do the circle in a week.

The AoE sleep isn't a complete waste like some would tell you. It's really good for unexpected add-ons. Frozen armor is decent, Hoarfrost has benefits, while my opinion is hibernate isn't that great for a mastermind.

Bots/time/Mace is just about as stupid powerful as possible from the AT. With minimal investment in IOs I was at or very near the Incarnate defense soft cap to absolutely everything.
