To My Friends: Thanks for the 7 years of fun and laughter!!!!!

My story.. probably a bit long.. but i hope you like it....

I had the rikti monkey write me an epic tale.. so here it goes

"Once upon time (scratches that out) There was a dork name.. (scratches out)" okay i guess they cant write me an epic..(shake fist) Yes I do have a dry sense of humor so bear with me.. I am at times weird..not crazy just weird....

(Seem so long ago), i was going through a rough time with my best friend.. she betrayed me by "stealing" money from me. I went to Frys (computer store) and saw City of Heroes and bought it. I need a place to escape and thats when I logged on. Also because I am a big fan of comic books and i was also a comic book collector. I remember going into virtue and created a tank.. named General "_______" (cant seem to remember to the name since i deleted that toon already). I played him for a day and couldnt get the hang of tanking so i decided to leave virtue and saw server "Infinity".

I went into Infinity server and started to created a toon. I read every AT and decided I wanted to create a character/toon base on Cyclop of the X-men (yes i am a huge fan of X-men). So I chose a blaster and in making the toon's i created a toon that look like Cyclops right down to the exact detail of hair but i wanted to add a little of my own personal touch and voila Doctor A Science was born.

I soloed my toon to lvl 6 and went into Hollows and didnt come out until I was lvl 16. I was able to find a team easily. I remember being in this unknown sg (cant remember the name now) and I stayed until I was lvl 30s. One day I was invited to a team with 4 female toons (@Amazon Brawler and three other ppl I cant remember) and we were always teaming together. At about a month passed i saw less and less of them except for Amazon Princess (@Amazon Brawler from Shadowpawn's SG) and we struck up a real close friendship. You can say we became best of friend and we would constantly team with each other.. if I got into a team and there was a room i would get her in and vice versa and if there isnt i would quit just to team with her. One day she told me she would be logging off for a month (she was pregnant at that time) and by that time both of our toons were lvl 30s.

At lvl 30s we all know that lvl was always the hardest to lvl, one day I remember being invited to a team and that team was filled with members of the Sexxy Sirens (@kitt kat invited me to the team). Imagine being the only male toon in an team filled with 6 other women. I started flirting and joking, they all found me funny and amusing and took a liking in me, so everytime i logged on I would get a tell from @kitt kat asking if i wanted to join the team and i would say yes. Talking to @kitt kat one day about SG, i was telling her how my sg is brand new and has nothing, she suggested I quit that SG and she can invite me to the Sexxy Sirens and I would be the first male toon in there. I quit my SG and next thing I knew I was a member of the Sexxy Sirens. The following day I met Sammy Storm (@botery)-the leader, Lil Miss VIxen (@Lil Miss Vixen)- 3rd in command, 1lustra (@1lustra)- 2nd in command, Diealot (@diealot), Drizard (@Drizard) and the rest of the Sexxy Sirens members with whole new world of coalition that included the League of Indebted, Celestial Guard, Morgan's Raven, and so on. Sammy took a liking in me (well technically i was her personal man slave since i was the only male there) and gather the Sexxy Sirens, League (where i met @Gabbos (leader of the League at that time), @Bob (back then his global was that until he changed it to @Bobby) Mime Mythel (@Mythel) and Dark Mystic (@Dark Mystic), and Celestial Guard (@Obs Inc), and Morgan's Raven (@Vi 1 (back then known at @Laffiel)) and would team everyday and i just got that toon to lvl 40s and then lvl 50s in no time (took me 3 months to lvl my first toon.

When my friend (@Amazon Brawler) came back to the game, it was like she never left, we resumed teaming just the two of us but this time it included the Sirens, Leagues, Guard, and Raven to help out. For two years I teamed with them every day and we had lots of fun and joked and even to a point where we would get on ventrilo every night. My friend (@Amazon Brawler) left the game.

Tragedy struck for me. I was laid off for 8 months. I didnt have a job and I started to play everyday. I got to a point where I couldnt differentiate the reality with the gaming. I got depressed and lashed out at everyone for the dumbest **** and over a stupid glowy. Once that started it went downhill, I withdrew and blamed everyone, I lost who I was. By the time I got a job and went back to being normal, I knew it was too late, I knew I screwed up royally and I let my emotion take control of me. From that day on I promised myself that I will NOT let my emotion take control and get rid all emotions. I wrote a lengthy apology letter and I presented to the coalition but by that time the League cut ties with Sirens and unfortunately the League never saw that apology letter. For some of the people who stayed and stilled considered me their friend after all this fiasco, I will forever cherish you for understanding, still giving me a chance and stuck by me. I had to step back and reorganized myself so I logged off the game for 1 year and concetrated on work.

I missed City of Heroes and knew when I logged back in I had to start all over again, as in finding new friends. I knew I was shun and was an outcast, basically I was ostracize (even now if feels as if this whole community is still ostracizing me- funny). I saw on the forum that the Taxibots where doing their weekend tfs so I signed up. There i met Ironblade, Ad Astra, Mystery Inc, MSCats, AngelicaVenger, Taxibot Belle, Taxibot Chelle, Gate-Keeper, My Wife's Character, Asgardian Blade, Saint Jon, Ellscry, Rasset, and so on. I remember for the first 2 years i would be there every day Saturday, never missed a day. We all struck up an geniune friendship and had our laughters. Every time someone died, or something horribly goes wrong, they would say "I blame Doc" and it caught on, even til this day.

Then I met L'amara (@X'terra) one double xp weekend. I was Pling my stone tank (DB/Stone) and he just hit lvl 32 and got his granite. She was running the Battle Maiden farm and sent me a tell asking if I wanted to help, I said sure. I brought my tank, she probably thought i was strange cause my stone tank is dual blade/stone!! WTF :P I survived. From that day on L or to some ppl L'amara and I have been close and she has been trying to get my all of my toons kills and its been going on for four years now, no luck still. Through L, I met @Heroyouhate, @Karis, @Intangier, @Soulstorm-Onyx, @Darkkeppr, @Crimson Shadow, and @JiaGai.

L met me in real life when she came to California. She was shocked as to how quiet I am in person. I believe the 2 hours we hung out, before @Intangier showed up, I only said 4 sentences and the rest was L talking.

A special story of remincing the fun times: A special friendship was formed and bonded. It's consist of myself, @Sundew, @Turbospeed, @nightbabe, and @Simoon Gryphon. We would get together and just plow through the tfs and enjoy ourselves on Skype. I remember a LGTF with nightbabe, turbospeed, sundew, and myself did. It took us 4 1/2 hours and 121 deaths to finish this tf cause well we were all stubborn and didn't want to call it quits. We were on Skype laughing our butts off just cause we were just being silly. Thanks to turbo and his CBX crey gun we were able to kill off Hami. Nightbabe and I literally helped slot Sundew's corruptor. I will never forget that day for as long as I lived.

As we draw closer to the ending of this game.. Although still ostracized in the Infinity Community, i was able to meet many wonderful friends whom i come to cared and cherish and hopefully they feel the same way about me. I would like to thank all the friends I met in this game. Some of you have been my confidants, you been there for me through thick and thin, you let me get away with almost everything and you also taught me not to be so thoughtless. You have forgiven me for any mistakes I made and accepted me for who I am.

I am forever grateful for all the lessons that you have given me. You spend countless hours on Skype and tells with me, you listen to my bad singing, you were kind enough to say I have a "Sexy Voice" which we all know its a lie, the PvP sessions, for telling me what a bad player and a noob i am, also for telling me I am not a bad player and not a noob (yeah I am confused as if I am a bad player or not) :P, you laughed at my stupid corny jokes, you let me flirt with you all (well some of the ladies anyways) and you made me laugh when I was in an emotional turmoil and withdrawn. I want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for being there for me and for keeping my "secret" You know who you are!!!!! If I have missed some people, I duly apologizes and know that this goes out to you too.

To my friends who had their up and downs in their real life problems, I am sorry I fail at helping you, I am sorry I fail you emotionally and was able to only be there with my ears to listen and eyes to read.

Doc, you became one of my closest in-game friends over the year we played together. I had a whole lotta fun blaming Doc for my screwups, the good natured bantering and mostly the fun. We've got you friended on FB, so we can keep up. Take care, keep in touch, and hopefully we can join up in some other game.
