I think the Sentinel character export tool exports your badges in its latest iteration.
Sentinel+ creates an XML file that contains not only your badges but all of your costumes and bio. Just follow the instructions.

Also Badgehunter.com has bind files available to import them using HeroStats - its more clicking though.

Is there a way to export the badges you have earned for a character (like a slash command) into a file you can read outside of the game?
