I've been wondering about this as well.....though I actually managed to create a character with it, as soon as you start loading into the game, it boots you for having an 'invalid character'....I'm wondering whats going on there?

I hear ya. I ran through the first two DA arcs to check out solo hybrid advancement. Running at +4/x8 w/ bosses and clearing everything, I get 3% per mission.
Guess some things weren't actually fixed with I-24 after all.
