Since the sad announcement last Friday, I've reminded myself, my friends, and some global channels: We are all dealing with our grief in different ways. I know I have some memories I want to make and keep before the servers go dark, and I'm sure that's true for us all.
Just, please remember, in your zeal to make your memories, that you're not trampling all over someone else.
The last few evenings I have watched - and said nothing - while something inconsiderate and disrespectful happened to a friend. I am quite certain there was no intent to be inconsiderate and disrespectful to this person, but... nonetheless, there it was.
The person in question has put in night after night, hours upon hours, for this community on Protector, and he has done it without a single bit of "LOOK AT ME! LOOK AT WHAT I DO FOR PROTECTOR!"
I am not wanting to create one last drama bomb here on the Protector Forums, so I'm not going into any more detail than that. If you want to hit me up with a PM or a /tell in game, I'll be glad to discuss it further in private.
Just... everyone, please. Remember that we're all just wanting to enjoy our last couple months, we're all wanting to make memories. Just please try to be sure that in making your own good memories, you're not making bad ones for someone else.
