Well, my second account's login is not working at all right now, which is really pissing me off. I can log into the game, but I can not log in to my master account. I have a Going Rogue retail code I want to put in but hey, guess what? Can't log in and their support team is taking a while to get back to me. I know, I know, labor day weekend, yadayadayada... bleh. I reset the password about 5 times now, none of the reset passwords work. There is something seriously wrong with the system, apparently.
I just feel frustrated by the timing. I let the account lapse at the beginning of June because I knew I was spending the summer traveling around the East Coast, visiting family. I love the game and all but Grandbabies are more important.
I will be back in California in the middle of the month, so I checked in on the 1st to activate, keeping the billing cycle on the beginning of the month. If I had checked in just one day earlier, I would be fine for this month at least.
Just sorta bumming me out that there is no response from anyone official on any of this. I wasn't expecting anything over the weekend, but you'd think they would be okay with accepting money until the game shuts down.

Same here. My billing date is usually on the 26th of the month. The 26th happened to fall on a Sunday this month and there was no attempt to take it out. I started a new job on the 13 so I really didn't notice until I hear the news, logged onto the forum and found out I was no longer VIP. Someone needs to make a sticky for updating the status of game accounts.
Are they going to allow people to 'buy back' VIP for the last months of the game?
Are they going to allow Time Cards to be used?
Can I use a credit card to buy 60 days of time?
Is there anyone in the NC Soft offices even reading the forums any longer?
It would be nice if this section of the forums had some answers for those of us unlucky enough to be caught by surprise.
