Character Creation - Where to now?

I don't know of a single game or program anywhere near the customization of CoH. Where can I go now for this once it is gone?

Definitely not the same thing, but totally creative in a different way. You can color your creations there or take them to Photoshop and customize further. Here is a character I had hoped to one day remake in COH:

There is a stand alone CC that came out with the release of "City of Hero" their
Asian release, it's horribly outdated (couple years worth of stuff missing) but it does exist.
