Me too.
But if you want to salute Back Alley Brawler, he is in Atlas Park in the NE side... not sure off the top of my head.

Thinking of taking my character back to the place where it first got into Paragon City, and realizing it doesn't exist anymore. Galaxy City was my first zone, and Back Alley Brawler my first trainer (and one of my favorite devs; did he ever get that hubcap replaced?), and I wanted to stop by to salute him one last time.
