Paying in advance wouldn't. What if you made changes to your base that changed the payment amount between payments?

While I like the auto-paying idea I think that if it were added the devs would lock it behind VIP status and be designed to cancel as soon as an account went inactive in order to prevent it from being used by Freem/Prem accounts that are currently blocked from paying rent because they aren't VIP's.
Problem with prepaying covered.
Auto-pay... eh. OK, maybe. But how often would it autopay?
Personally, I think it'd make more sense for the trainers around in every zone to be able to take base rent (as opposed to... *be tailors.* I mean, sure, that's convenient, but just very conceptually *weird* to me.)
While I never expect the devs to add this functionality (because base code= jenga on fire), it would be nice to be able to pay base rent from say.. THE BASE!
