As for hijackthis. I ran it but didn't post it because it's horridly inaccurate on 64bit systems and randomly reports a ton of system files are missing when they aren't.
Tried exiting all programs I could. No change, unfortunately.
Since you don't want help, illustrated by your reluctance to provide what was asked for, I'm done here. Sorry we couldn't diagnose your problem but we aren't NCSoft's technical support and some of us really don't like to take pot shots in the dark about what might be the problem or play 20 questions.
I do hope your problem goes away.

Edit: Well nevermind. Clearly doesn't matter now if the games suddenly shutting down for good.
Although I'm surprised it wasn't already posted about (normally not by me because I don't have links in my pockets like others do :-p), but one of the stickies at the top of the board refers to how to post for assistance.
Don't take it the wrong way (I did the same for my own thread), but atleast we know your issue should resolve itself within a couple months unless by some miracle the Titan guys get a deal worked out. :-/

Yahoo messenger
Steam
Microsoft security essentials
And if the only solution is "don't ever let COH alt tab for any reason" then I'd rather not play as being able to fully use my computer is more important than that.
