if i understand it correctly, vigilantes can't get straight-up villain content until they transition all the way over to the red side. they can do newspaper missions and strike forces but they can't get contacts of their own. but apparently, they can access patron pools? so.. does that mean the patron content is an exception here? or will my character need to be a full-on villain in order to get these powers? little help? thanks! =] |
