They actually added a MuchHarder flag to the Reichsman encounter in the last patch.

I ran Kahn 2 weeks ago and also had much more trouble than usual. I used a temp analyzer on him and it seemed his regen floored at 25%, no matter how many regen debuffs I stacked. I'm not sure if I'm misremembering because I don't look up mob attributes while playing heavy regen debuffers all that often, but I thought you could floor regen to zero even against AVs. You definitely can against minions/lieuts/bosses (just checked).
I suppose it's possible they snuck in a hidden buff to that last encounter. To be honest I always thought that final fight was a little bit on the easy side, especially when you compared it to the relatively more difficult Barracuda version of it. Maybe if the Devs actively did anything at all they were just trying to make it a little more equal to Barracuda challenge-wise.

8-9 weeks is often?
I personally haven't noticed anything... still doing the TF in 15-25min normally.
I'd personally just mark it as just an off team combo and/or some people just didn't have their game on.

Our supergroup runs the Kahn TF pretty often, say every 8-9 weeks. The last two runs were normal except the final fight, which seemed Much harder.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?
Is it possible the Reichsman has had an undocumented AI upgrade, as opposed to a change in any raw stats to account for this?
Or has our SG just had a temp DeBuff to our MoJo?
