City of Data is a good place to look at lots of numbers. The defense numbers are different for some archtypes so you'll need to go to the specific AT you're interested in.
If you've just been seen, as in by a ritiki drone, it'll be the same max value. if you've been attacked, attacked something yourself, clicked an objective, or anything else to make the stealth suppress, then the defense for the power pool stealth will be reduced to approximately half what it was before, and what that was would depend on the AT.

Thank you. I'd looked at City of Data, and they don't have the information:

It only lists one value for defense, 2.125%. It doesn't give two, and doesn't clarify whether that value is before or after being seen.

Mid's Hero Designer is also an excellent resource for power data, and is somewhat more user-friendly than City of Data, in my opinion.

First go to Options->Configuration. Then click on the Effects & Maths tab. On the right you'll see a listbox with a bunch of checkboxes in it. If you check the box next to "Attacked" then Mids will always give you the values you will see when in combat.
I'm trying to find out what the defense bonus is for Stealth when I have been seen. I can't seem to find the information anywhere.
