They went over fine.
Clicking on the linked image above will take you off the City of Heroes site. However, the guides will be linked back here.
I copied a few over the same day with no issues.
I'm not at a location where I can access Beta to test it right now.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Just moved a toon over this evening.
So it IS working.
Make sure you're pushing it to BETA and not to TEST.
