DB/EA - dual blades icap build needs tweaks
The build looks icap'd to me. 61.59% def to S/L and 60.35% to Energy. Did you mean to leave Maneuvers off?
Hours of MIDS later here is a rebuild based on input from Ricodah (thanks!).
This build uses Agility to bump up Def and thus frees up some slots; it also uses the Recharge from Agility to minimize the Ablating Strike delay. The previous build with Musculature had Ablating recharging in 1.55 secs (vs. SS's cast time of 1.452) ... this version has Ablating recharging in 1.46 secs.
Does 0.008 difference meaningfully make things better than 0.10 difference (but with Musculature boosting dmg). I really don't know. Does the extra delay in the Musc version get so annoying (woop woop sound) it's not worth it for the damage buff? Shrug. Ageless would cure the recharge issue but not for its full duration ... I think the last 60secs only get 10% more recharge which maybe gets it down to 1.5 instead of 1.55.
The version below with Agility doesn't need Manuevers but it needs somwhere to slot the 7.5% LoTG so that basically is either Manuevers, Hover, Combat Jumping, or Grant Invis. I guess Grant Invis would make sense to invis the pet? I stuck Hover in this build. Alternatively you could slot and toggle CJ for a def buffer .. 2.5% -3% depending on slotting.
Anyway I'm open to ideas. This is one idea for 2xp weekend. I have a Claws Brute that I'm just not loving and who might be ripe for the strip-and-delete pile.
The pet is there mainly to slot the +recharge/+dmg pet IOs. You could swap it to Hibernate and slot another 5 Panaceas ... I just think an every-60-seconds "oh crap" button isn't that interesting.

Here's the Musculature version.
By the way Placate is in both builds only for the Empower combo (20% dmg for 20 secs?) if Ablating misses after BU-AS-Ablating (Placate)....
I put the -RES achilles into waterspout (instead of the anti-KD/KB IO) because I believe come I24 having the Achilles in Ablating will not be as useful due to PPM recharge constraints. Probably sub it out for a damage proc and/or the stalker Build Up proc (if that doesn't go into AS in place of the Mako dmg).
Anyway, in this build Ablating has 1.55 recharge time (vs. Sweeping's 1.452 activation time), so the 0.1 second lag I mentioned above. With Ageless running at least for 30-40 seconds it should be relatvely gap free. The question is whether the rest of the time it will be super annoying (woop-woop / power not ready) relative to the Agility build above. But Musc probably increases the DPS significantly (also of waterspout/pets/Judgment/Lore).
FYI, Hasten has 1 slot and appears not to recharge in under 120. But I believe it will with Ageless running.
Shrug. Any other feedback?

Either way, your Musculature DPS is still higher than your Agility DPS, but that single .1/s can make up the exchange of nearly 7-8 DPS considering it is impacting two different points of interest--after Sweeping and after AB. The tail-end of Ageless would shrink that down to ~1.5/s recharge leaving you only a .36/s total gap in the chain which isn't terrible, and not strikingly far from where a flawless chain would be anyway.

AS > SS > AS > AB? Mids shows AB with an animation time of 1.188, is this incorrect? Unless I'm missing something I'm not aware of in Stalker Dual Blades, you've got a bigger gap between AB and Ablating.

Ablating - Sweeping - Ablating - Assasin (repeat)
Your point is that anim time for in-combat assasin is 1.188? Dang. Not sure how I missed that.
Well now I'm stumped. The best I can get Ablating down to using Agility is 1.46 ... and like you note with Ageless and musc its not that far off at 1.5-1.55 .... so there is going to be 0.4 sec gap I guess. I don't remember people talking about that gap, maybe it's not so bad.
I was coming from the Scrapper pov of just getting Ablating to recharge in SS's time .. given Blinding Feint I guess recharged in the chain's time ... forgot AS was different

So I was BAF-fing last night with only my T3 Musculature, and this build appears to be putting out pretty significant DPS already. Clearly was helped by speed boost on the league for a gapless chain, but I was drawing aggro on the AVs for sure. Plus Waterspout and the patron pet really help in the escapee phase, particularly next to a door. So far so good.
Only thing I'm wondering is whether I should replace the hide proc in AS ... it's probably only firing every 3rd run through of the chain and perhaps the added crit damage is worth less than another damage proc? Or maybe replace it with the new build-up ATO proc when its out?
An AS crit is ~+200 damage, an extra damage proc is ~+14 damage (averaged). Even with one crit every three chains, it seems to me you're much better off with the crit.
After i24, a purple damage proc in AS may provide better results than the ATO1 proc. I believe the ATO2 proc is a global. Use your initial power pick as a mule for that.
Came up with a DB/EA build. Really open to suggestions.
Couple of things:
1) They changed Sweep combo right - so it no longer proc's damage procs in AOE that you had slotted into Ablating? Can anyone confirm? I know there was a change.
1a) Does the Sweep combo do OK AOE damage itself or is it just lame dot or something? If so, only AOE here is from 10K cuts?
2) Def: icapped S/L but just missed on E (57%) ... unfortunately have a few slotting choices not ideal to get here (like 4 slot Kin Combat in Brawl). Open to improvements.
3) HP kind of low as bonuses were sacrificed for recharge and softcap.
4) Resistances - same as HP
5) Chain: Ablat-SS-Ablat-AS is supposed to be top DPS right? SS has 1.452 cast time, but I only have Ablat recharging in 1.6 secs ... do you just live with the gap? I can't see much global recharge increase getting it down further.
6) I assume Musc T4 and Ageless +recovery yes?
