Trademark != copyright. Still odd though, considering it's a new title screen that premiered with Issue 23 just a few months ago.

I'm sure they have renewed their copyrights and trademarks when they were due. They just didn't update the login screen and splash screen to reflect that.

On the login screen in the lower left hand corner, it says the registered trademark is 2004-2011 for NC Interactive Inc.
Shouldn't you update that?
