hybrid power detoggles itself

hi,

i have posted this on player help also, now i realize it should have been posted here all along prolly.

I just acquired the hybrid power Support and it consistently detoggles itself every two minutes, after which it becomes unavailable for two minutes.
Is this supposed to happen (cos it doesnt say the power is active for only a given time on the info)? Also, after some investigation, the activation/deactivation doesnt show up on ANY of the chat channels,whereas all my other incarnate powers do.
Is this only with the support hybrid power, or does it happen to all hybrids, or only to me, or....?

EDIT: also the passive endurance discount does not work either, or it doesnt show up on my combat attributes anyway

Passive should be there at all times, the toggle is working as intended.
