NEED Opinions-PvE-All ATs-Various Primary/Secondaries Mid's Build excluded

I've got many Mid's IO builds for characters both level 50 and below. They all are built to take advantage set IO's at maximum level, meaning I usually use common IOs until I totally rebuild with a combination of Sets, common IOs and Hami-Os at level 47.

With the addition of Attuned Enhancements (ATOs and Universal Damage), I have opportunity to slot many of these sub-47 characters with some of these Attuned sets.

My questions are:

In your opinion, how aggressive should I be in trying to acquire attuned enhancements for level sub-47 characters?

In your opinion, should I spend my Inf reserve (approximately 1 billion) on trying to acquire purples/pvp enhancements for my level 50 characters (6 characters) or should I try and outfit my lower level characters (15 characters or so) with the attuned enhancements they can slot immediately?

As needed I can supply Set IO/Attuned builds for characters both at level 50 and characters anywhere from level 14 to 44.

That is going to depend on budget allocation, the amount of time you are willing to spend, amount of alignment merits you have, amount of catalysts you have, amount of converters you have, and your attachment to your particular character. It's hard for me to give you a straight yes or no answer.

In my opinion I would say save your reserve for your new lowbies only if you have your level 50s where you want them and if you play them regularly. Aside from my Ice/Rad controller (who has two purple IOs) none of my other toons have any purple sets BUT they are fully IOd to where I want them to be (well except for my scrapper I think). I just finished getting them lowbie stealth IO and knockback protection IOs.

Most of my toons have purples and all that good stuff, but I farm alot to pay for it...
