Add Jack and Eochai to Hero Zone Event Messages

There's a sort of message for them. There isn't any individual message for when they spawn by themselves, but there is an event message when the Croatoa War event begins and they spawn fighting each other
Yeah its there...it shows up as 'unusual monster activity in croatoa.' I admit, it could be a bit more obvious..but then..considering how broken the Caleb spawning is..
Unless I am mistaken, they are the only two Giant Monsters not listed in the Hero Zone Event Messages channel. Even the lake monster has a spawn advisory.
